A club of students that I work with asked if they could have t-shirts. I loved the idea, but had no idea how to go about it. I contacted a local company and they requested a vector file. I don't have any experience with these files or how to make one and the company said they could send my design out to be made into a vector file for an additional cost, so I got frustrated and decided not to do shirts. Then a coworker told me about Custom Ink, I checked it out, uploaded my design, and it looked okay but I wasn't sure how it would print. I read that they check all the designs to make sure they will print well, so I decided to just try it and cancel the order if it didn't work. They sent me a proof and it looked awesome! I approved it, they were sent to me quickly and the shirts are PERFECT. It actually looks like I've done this before. The kids are so happy! I'm shocked that it was so easy.

I have bought shirt from other online promotional places and not once have I gotten product so cheaply made. We have to go by the photos, which we hope are true and accurate. In this case the The Deep Black Triangle Print and Night Navy Dash Print look nothing like the photo online. The inside of those shirts is white. When buttoned up, except the last button, you can see the white behind the Deep Black Triangle and Night Navy Dash prints. Makes the shirt look very cheap!! We were look forward to getting these shirts and completely disappointed at the overall quality of these shirts. The embroidery is great, just the quality of these shirt is terrible. We prefer short-sleeve casual shirts (no button on collar) and don't need to tuck in for the restaurant. Seen a lot of adds for Custom Ink and thought we would give them a shot. We even used the online chat to ask questions about products, upload our logo, etc. Now we are stuck with some shirts that we do not want to wear. The fit is a little large, feel of the material super cheap and just disappointed we have to spend time and more money to find something else.

Needed to add a small flag detail that I had forgotten to my design and the design team helped out with no issues and I appreciate it

I have been ordering from custom ink over 10 years -as recent as this past June- when I purchased almost $2000 worth of merchandise. I put this small order in- and I thought the process was the same as it has always been, where I would see my proofs and could make a change. I intended to change the ink color on the short sleeve T shirts- pay the difference, when I spoke to a consultant. It is very hard to make a small change when placing an order. In other words, everything was going to be the same, just a different ink color. I waited and waited for my proofs, and finally I called in to see if there was an issue with my order. I was told that they no longer had the preview and approve the proof process. I did not see that anywhere at all when placing my order. I think if you are going to make a change such as that, you should certainly let your regular customers know things had changed.

Custom Ink does a great job every time! Our artwork looks fantastic, the products are priced well, the group ordering site is easy for our band families to use, and shirts are delivered on time. I rave about Custom Ink each time we get a delivery, and this time was no different. The people who work at Custom Ink are professional and courteous. I've had last minute add-ons, artwork adjustments, and pricing questions, and each time I have dealt with people who are knowledgeable and helpful. As long as I am a band booster parent, our team will order from Custom Ink.

Custom Ink's customer service is AMAZING! We ordered two different shirts with the same logo and one came out a completely different color. I called customer service, and it took no more than 10 minutes to resolve the issue.

Great quality and responsive customer service. I had a question about my design so I "declined" the approval so that I could talk to someone about it, and they addressed my concern easily. Shipped shockingly fast. No errors in final product - they're great. Will absolutely use again.

Its a pleasure designing on your site, but skipped over the cust serv eval, being I didn't rec any customer service aside from emails. And I wish there were more "one off" options (products/ color choices), Outside of that, zero hassle & no complaints. I'm very happy with how my hoodie came out.

I had trouble with my order, and I talked to Marcos who is working on it. I did do a custom order, I have done many in my time, but when you design your shirt, you really have no way of knowing the exact placement on the shirt, and if it is a good placement. I rely on the professionals at your company to make small adjustments that would make my order perfect. I understand putting out a product that the customer designed, but I truly don't think any customer would be upset if you made small spatial adjustments that would only make their product better. I feel that's just an understood professional decision that a company should do to be a reputable company that puts out quality products.

Custom Ink made the process of designing a shirt for an event really easy! No more collecting the money yourself. All shirts ship to you, for free. Worked great for ordering a team shirt for 26 people. The design looks exactly like the picture.

There are a few spots in the logo that turned out poorly. This bothered me as I created the logo design myself, going in pixel by pixel to make sure there were no pixels missing, it's a little bit of a let down, but I will be attempting to order in the future in hopes that it doesn't happen again. Also another thing that bothered me was the size of the hoodie as I ordered a XXXL hoodie it fits like an XXL in width and an L in length.

It was shipped and delivered way before scheduled which made me happy. There were no issues with my print quality, it came out exactly like I wanted.
