As always, Custom Ink provides simply the best way to have shirts and other items made. Their website is very easy to use and allows partial projects to be resumed as the design progresses.

I am trying to figure out how to get the product that I order. For example, my design had the logo higher in the shirt that what I received. I am sure it is something I am doing wrong.

My experience was wonderful until we got to the shipping aspect! I think there needs to be more realistic timeframes presented for production and shipping estimates. I placed my order on a date that estimated it would arrive on 12/3--but my order shipped on 11/21 and arrived on 11/24 which cost us unanticipated storage fees. These shirts were for a convention and arrived over a week before the anticipated date. While we lucked out this time, our package could have been lost or incurred inflated fees! I also contacted customer service before the order shipped to see if we could delay shipping to arrive on the desired date. I was told I'd receive an email with an update from the agent...but only received the confirmation that the packages had been shipped that same day. Other than that, my experience was awesome.

I used Cutom sInk “design your own” option to create the shirt I will wear to the hospital when my first Grandbaby is born! It was easy to make (I used my phone!) and the actual shirt looks exactly as pictured in the online rendition. The shirt is great quality and true to size.

CustomInk was great, the design was great, the shirt was not.

The ordering process was great, the shirt is great, and the printing is great. The quick delivery was soo close! I wanted the shirt to wear to the Oaks Center Cinemas grand opening. My construction company did the renovation. The grand opening started at 5:00 pm. I received notice that the shirt was delivered during the first 45 minutes of the celebration. Again, soo close! :o) Custom Ink said 4 days, and it arrived on the fourth day! The grand opening celebration went great, and I will be ordering more shirts! Thank You!

Really easy to create the shirt design and can put whatever you're interested in on it. They also give out helpful tips as well if you get stumped on something, overall, this is a great website to get a personally made shirt for yourself or somebody else.

Would like to see better measurement guides on sleeves and lengths of shirt. A guide to how many shirts one would have to purchase for the amount of colors they have on design.

Great company to work with. Have ordered T-shirts for an event for several years. Job is always done well and delivery of product is most often earlier than promised.

Wonderful experience. Shirt came a week earlier than expected and the artwork looks awesome. No complaints.

The shirts are paper thin. I mean so thin that I am afraid to do anything more than hold the shirt in my hands. I fear they won't last more than a few wears. That said, the quality of the print is good.

Quality shirt material and the print of the uploaded image was perfect. Loved that the website provided an auto convert to black and white option for uploaded image. Worked out perfectly for what I was looking for in the custom shirt
