There should be a way to upload a spreadsheet with all the people's names and sizes in one go, instead of having to type in everyone's order separately. It's a bit confusing on the website itself. The last few years, I sent my spreadsheet in for customer service to help place my order for me. That was extremely helpful and I was very happy about that. Unfortunately, this year, there was an error in the order placed and it was also harder to speak to one individual who was in charge of my order when I had a question or even to email back and forth with one person about changes in my order. I might have to switch sweatshirt companies next year.

This process was seamless. I ordered sweatshirts for my entire firm and they came just as expected, and arrived earlier than expected.

I love Custom Ink! I order CI custom prints often for the school that I work at — shirts, hats, sweatshirts, bags, mugs, you name it — and every single rep I've spoken with over the years has truly been extremely helpful and easy to work with. Every product I've ordered came out perfectly, too!

Our tee shirt came out great but the sweathshirt printing was sub par, the ink is barely present and looks like the sweatshirt that is brand new never washed has been washed 100 times and the ink has faded. There was not enough ink used on the sweathshirt and you can see the garment through the ink.

custom ink has a very good website, very useable. as for the design itself, the design on the back was lower than i would've liked, and the sweatshirt fit was a little awkward. i don't think i would feel comfortable wearing it outside to be honest. but the hoodie itself was very soft and comfortable!

We were overall satisfied with the ease of use for the website, ordering process, customers service, order communication and speed of order. We were slightly disappointed about the quality of printing on the t-shirts. (Sweatshirts were much more consistent.) Due to the deadline of when needed them and the overall level of seriousness of the shirts, it was not worth it to follow up about getting some replaced. It may sway my decision in the future though.
