Overall the website and customer service was great i just wasn't happy with the way the shirts showed up actually printed. I wouldn't use custom ink again.

I prefer to call and speak to someone to reorder every year because it is easier since I order different colors with varying sizes for each color. The website makes it difficult to do that but every time I call, I get a really great person on he phone that can take the order for me.

I tried to change the size of one of the shirts I bought but was too late. Customer Service was very kind in checking and explaining though! Make sure to triple check your order before you submit.
