Custom ink was great. I had actually been working with another custom clothing site and they could not get me my order on time and their customer service was pretty rude. Custom ink helped me super quick and my order arrived exactly when they said it would. Their reps helped me place my order because I wanted extra customizations. The whole experience from start to finish was stress free and easy. HIGHLY recommend!

The process is always easy. Uploading the images, choosing and placing font, deliver, packaging are all done well. I have used Custom Ink many times for my research sweatshirts and the students and I are always pleased with the outcome.

Custom Ink takes customer service seriously. Pro tip: if you want to ask for design changes after they have posted your proof, screen capture the proof and mark it up using an image editor. That’s much easier than trying to use text to describe your asks.
