I wasn’t sure how my design would turn out because it almost seemed too easy. I am very happy with the results, the communication, the quality and the overall process. Can’t wait to do another design. The only upgrade would be to enlarge the area where the design can be printed on the front of a tshirt. I know there are limits but felt it could have been printed 15-20% larger.

While everything went great with Custom Ink, the image on the t shirt ordered was blurry. I wish I would have been made away before printing, so I could have provided a higher resolution or made appropriate adjustments.

We were overall satisfied with the ease of use for the website, ordering process, customers service, order communication and speed of order. We were slightly disappointed about the quality of printing on the t-shirts. (Sweatshirts were much more consistent.) Due to the deadline of when needed them and the overall level of seriousness of the shirts, it was not worth it to follow up about getting some replaced. It may sway my decision in the future though.
