Horrible experience the first time, and equally horrible experience the second time ordering. I cannot believe that you are an actual company, over promising and under delivering. Paying an expensive shipping fee for super rush shipping, and then getting it refunded to me both times because you could not produce the 2-4 shirts that I had ordered and needed urgently for a company promotion. Giving me the option to receive my shirts within 4-7 business days, and not receiving them for at least 2-3 weeks, is completely unacceptable. I will never order from this company again and will work with local printers moving forward.

Shirts are great quality and the personal logo looked great. Just not fond of the pricing

As we have some further time with the shirts, a decision will be made about reordering an in what quantities.

My experience with Custom Ink has been positive from ordering my custom printed shirt to receiving it at my home . In fact from time I ordered it til delivery was much less time than expected and was excellent service throughout.

Working with Custom Ink was pleasant and easy. Website was straight forward while designing my printing, prices were good and the process from choosing my shirt and design to delivery was quick. I was pleased with the end product and the process.

I have ordered from custom ink before but this was the first time I had such a large order. And I had a variety of sizes this time. We ran into problems with this because I didn't know that they had to make different screens for different sizes. And one customer service rep told me everything would be fine after she added the baby shirts to my order. This was not the case I thank God I was able to check because upon me seeing the shirts that would be printed I realized they would be very wrong and print would be very small on the adult shirts. I called them up spoke with another Rep that helped me and made sure that I spoke with a supervisor that help the process go smoothly. She also made sure that even though this mistake was caught days later we still got our shirts on-time. Another problem was when I received the shirts alot of the sizes were burnt out or very crispy were I could barely see them. I had to try my best to just figure out what was the size the best I could. Other than those hiccups I would use them again because their customer service was very professional with helping me. And the shirts are cute. Some of the sizes don't seem to be true to size like the kids shirts but they came out really nice.

The design web site is the best I've seen for shirt layout which gave me a lot of confidence that the shirt would be printed as intended. The shirts arrived quickly and the shirt was of very good quality and the artwork looked exactly as expected. The only complaint is that the printing is a heavy plastic-like material that doesn't breathe. Large areas of print can be hot and sweaty and the print gets permanent creases when washed. I'd love a more lightweight printing option.

As a repeat customer I have always been very pleased with the quality of both the shirts and the printing. However, this time the printing on one of the shirts seems to be misaligned. There is space between some letters while others are scrunched together. Not bad enough to prevent me from wearing but still a little disappointing.

Always been good in the past. I also ordered other shirts the same day and came out good but not these. If resolved again I will continue to order but the next question asks if I would. I'll guess we can work it out.

I enjoyed designing this shirt and my wife was so excited to get it.

We make shirts every year for a small team event and I cannot imagine coordinating this all without the ease of use of Custom Ink. The reps are always friendly and super helpful, and the turnaround time is crazy good!
