Had a great experience. It was easy to design our shirts and once we decided on a design, the order process was easy and shipping was fast. We were very happy with the quality of the shirts also.

I was a bit worried when the first version of the graphic I submitted didn't look right. After talking to Customer Support (via emails) they made the correction and the final product was good. Since it was for work, I could not have ordered the shirts without the graphic being correct.

From the time I submit my order to the time I receive it is unbelievably fast. The lettering is perfect once I figured out what all the choices were. Blue shirt, white lettering outlines in black. You could read it from the next galaxy. I figured out they offer images, but I still have problems with the ink used on the image. It looks chalky or like house paint.

The website is more than user friendly. I love my tee shirt❤️❤️❤️

I designed my art on procreate and had you guys print it on the shirt and it looked wonderful. Exactly what I was looking for.

The website to design the shirt was very user friendly. This was a last minute birthday gift for my husband & once I got through ordering the shirt, the estimated delivery date was about a week after my husband's birthday & I didn't want to expedite it. Not a big deal, since I knew I didn't order it in time, so figured it would be a fun surprise for him a week later. The shirt actually arrived earlier than expected and days BEFORE my husband's birthday!!! I was so happy! Great turnaround time, at least in my experience! Would definitely order from Custom Ink again in the future!

The material is nice and soft, the print came out beautifully, and the sizes are perfect for all the people in my group that ordered T-shirts. When I submitted the order, I was contacted within 24 hours to approve of the proof they had provided. Afterward, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order 9 days earlier than expected! The people at customink definitely know what they're doing and the quality is fantastic! I'm hoping to place another order with them in the future as my organization grows!

For the money I paid, the quality was low. For my first time making shirts, I trusted that the company's designers really do review your work to make sure everything is okay. I received a shirt with one of my lines on the shirt misaligned. The logo being too small for the shirt. I feel like the reviewer should have caught this and reached out to me. Very disappointed for spending over 100+ for three shirts.. will be going local for someone to be thorough and help me with the process.

The shirt came out perfectly and the delivery was even quicker than I thought!

Easy to use website and design tools. Communication good and timely. Digital printing was disappointing. You could see the color of the shirt through the white ink. Other tshirt printing companies I have used were much better.

Custom Ink is a great company to do business with, and their website is very easy to use and navigate in creating custom shirts. I am very satisfied with my experience, and I will continue to do business with Custom Ink for future orders.

Do not plan order from here again. Want a refund for the 3XL T-shirt I paid extra for but did not receive. Image was darker than what was proofed online

Not really feeling the shirt, printing was crooked and the shirt was a little off too

I was able to change the design, font and color. Already wore the shirt and received compliments on it.
