The overall experience was great. The items arrived very quickly and looked wonderful. The shirts (Gildan Ulta Cotton) seemed to run small and the sizing guide did not appear to be accurate. Would definitely still order again, and would recommend to others, but would chose a different shirt brand, and not count on the sizing guide to make decisions.

Working with the Custom Ink staff is always a pleasure. They were able to make the perfect shirt that I was looking for! And the order came much quicker than I could have ever expected.

We have ordered from Custom Ink many times and I unfortunately feel that the quality is getting worse and worse. The printing on these shirts was very "fuzzy" looking and there was damage to 16 shirts and they were so disorganized when shipping. 16 of the shirts we ordered had ripped, tattered or torn off shirt tags, the shirts were in the box in no particular order. Every time we have ordered they have been together by size, but all the sizes were mixed together, making it timely and challenging to organize and lastly the printing quality was very poor.

I had a great experience with Custom Ink. The website and design application are easy to use and the shipping was even faster than quoted. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for custom screen printed shirts.

I like their on-line tools - made it very easy to design the short screen printing. I liked their bulk pricing. I was a little confused about costs for an "extra" printing after the big bulk buy. There was an additional set up fee, and the second set of shirts cost quite a bit more than the first set.

I was having trouble uploading my logo so i called them up and they picked up really fast and walked me through everything and made my shirt look perfect!

I love the ability to create our own art work using Custom Ink's Website. The graphics came out great on our camp shirts. Everyone loved them and wanted to have one of our extras. Thank you for the fast turn around.

I have been seeing Custom Ink commercials for years but never had a need to try your services. I am so happy I chose your company to print my design on the t shirts and the sweater because they came out so beautifully. The print is so vibrant and the image is crisp just like it was on my computer screen. I love my experience with Custom Ink and would definitely recommend.
