We have used Customink many times to make shirts for our theatrical productions. This logo came out really well! Sometimes the bigger and more colorful logos are really stiff, but this one is not and it seems very well done!

Custom Ink went above and beyond. They contacted me to let me know that the colors I selected wouldn't show up well on a black shirt. This was particularly helpful for me as I am colorblind, and the agent that reached out to me was very helpful in assisting me in selecting the correct colors that would look good on my shirts. Loved the many customization options! Made it easy to choose an image and text orientation/color for the bottle opener. Also, although it wasn't cheap it was great to see the fast-ship option available - I cut it close on timing so it was a relief to be able to get them printed and shipped in time. They even arrived a couple days ahead of schedule!

The inventory, interface, and customer service are all great with Custom Ink. I'm not pleased with the print quality, but I knew what I was getting into with the limited quantity of my order forcing me to do digital printing, and that that would result in desaturated colors. If I had another desaturated or grayscale design, maybe I would order from Custom Ink again, but I wouldn't recommend them for digitally printing a vivid design.

This is the second time I've ordered shirts from Custom Ink. The shirts are for my cigar club members who liked the first batch of shirts so much that they asked for additional shirts in different colors and styles. Unfortunately the printing process on the second order was totally different from the first shirts we received. The printing on the first shirts looked like a silkscreen and was relatively soft to wear. The logo had a slightly muted appearance, but at the same time was clear. The printing on the shirts for this order, while clear, sharp, they look like a stiff glossy iron-on and not nearly comfortable to wear. The result is it looks and feels stiff and cheap. None of the club members like the new ones nearly as much as the first shirts we ordered and asked that I find another source that could provide shirts with printing like our first ones. Working with your sales staff was excellent overall. The only problem was trying to communicate the minor changes we wanted made to the digital artwork previously used. I'm not concerned with this as it's sometimes hard to communicate concepts of a design to another designer and I don't mind making several reviews of the design to get it right. Overall, excellent customer service. Your people really did a good job making sure the artwork was what I wanted and went out of their way to be sure the order arrived on time. I've checked the box NO when asked if I would from you again. This is not due to customer service, that was great, but rather due to the plastic-like feel of the printing.

Custom Ink as a whole was great to work with on design and selecting styles and colors. The product came reasonably quick and with the correct sizes. I am concerned with the print on the garment coming loose prematurely, but fingers crossed.

Very happy with all the t shirts I’ve bought. Disappointed and displeased with the navy hoodies color bleeding in the wash multiple times and ruining other clothes

My shirt turned out exactly as I’d hoped. The print is sharp and vivid, and the color is bright. I’m very happy with it!

We got the tri blend shirts and the long sleeve shirts. For a quantity of around 25 shirts we paid apx $22/pc and for the long sleeve shirts (qty around 10), we paid apx $40/shirt. This pricing would likely inhibit us from ordering again as both seemed quite a bit higher than others in the market. Also, they run about 1/2 size small, so we needed to order an additional 4 2XL shirts since the XLs were tight on our staff -- and those cost over $40/per t-shirt, bc we ordered a small quantity. That seemed more than double what they'd have cost elsewhere.

color is absolutely beautiful- we have order from Custom Ink for years and we never have complained about quality or Design they always send an Email before the work is complete which helps alot.

I appreciated the quick turnaround shown by Custom Ink. I needed them quickly and they got my order to me sooner than what I expected. I love the design. I made these for my Niece who is running a 50 mile race to support Veteran Services. These shirts symbolize her race perfectly.

Great customer service. I had a small order where the logo didn’t turn out well with the color of shirt I chose. The team placed a replacement order for me in a different color and I’m very happy with it.

Fantastic customer service! Excellent product quality! I have been a customer for a Short time and this is my 3’rd order. I have tried others and found that the color faded, the logo wasn’t clear and the shirts after the first wash no longer fit the same. That’s why you are the best at what you do!

We had no idea what to expect! Honestly, the true color was exactly the same as depicted (so many colors to choose from!), the shipment timing was reasonable, the imprint/font is fun, and although the final cost was higher than originally expected, the quality shirts we received is well worth it!
