Very pleased with the service provided. A lot of changes were made by me to get the artwork presented in the fashion I needed. Custom lnk understood what I wanted and was able to fix it in a very short time. The shirts were delivered a day ahead of deadline. I liked the 24 hour service and someone always responded to chat immediately even in the middle of the night. Excellent service!!!

I made this hoodie for a girl that wouldn't give me the time of day if we were the last two people on earth. But seeing her face light up when she saw it and put it on is just fine enough. Custom ink might of maybe just get my foot in the door.

Used customink multiple times, my only challenge is that sometimes when you send an email somebody else from sales follows up the next day, specifically on this order I felt like I had too many cooks in the kitchen, ended up receiving some inconsistent information that made me question whether or not the order would be correct. In the end it was, but not without some extra stress..

I paid for expedited delivery but it came in several days later. The graphic on the back has an ugly and very noticeable rectangle from whatever screen press was used and is not part of the artwork. And it looks sloppy.

You guys did a great job, overall. The changes I needed were done well, and when I needed the items expedited, you were able to do that. As a matter of fact, the items arrived a day ahead of schedule. Kudos.

When I had a bit of trouble sizing the two different shirts, I spoke to a customer service rep who saved the day and made sure we got exactly what we needed!!

Easy, quick and great quality…. All three are hard to find these days. My teamed loved all of the items. Will recommend your services for sure!

Overall, the shirts are very nice. The price was a little high, but I only ordered 8 shirts. They were a day later than promised, but I still got them before I needed them.

Customer service is unbelievably good! Had USPS lose one package and CI had a replacement out in a couple days, saving our 6 year old from being the odd man out on our family Disney vacation shirts! Morgan F is a hero in customer service!

Originally my order went to the wrong address in an entirely different state. I filled out the survey and didn’t get an email back, but they did have my order shipped after about a day and a half. They got it to me at the time I’d payed for my original order. Only complaint is I would’ve appreciated an email so I knew what was going on and whether or not they’d even got my survey.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I needed custom shirts with my own image for a bachelorette party and was really stressed because I left it to the last minute. Everywhere else I looked either told me it wouldn’t arrive in time or the price was way too high. This company assured me I would have my order by August 28th—just two days before the party—but to my surprise, the package actually arrived early on August 25th, just three days after I ordered! The turnaround time blew me away. The shirts themselves were perfect—every single one came out exactly how I wanted, true to size, and with great quality. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service or results. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for custom-made shirts (or really any custom apparel). They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon.

I was incredibly happy with my Custom Ink experience. I placed an order and the following day was contacted by a representative to finalize some things that were not going to print well. They provided me with several alternatives and I was able to choose which I thought was best. The order was delivered less than 2 days after that. I had rushed shipping but it came 5 days prior to the original estimated delivery, even with the error. Customer service was top notch and the process was very streamlined and customer friendly.

Custom Ink stayed on top of the order from cradle to grave. When I first made my order they said that the image I was using was not high enough quality to look good on the shirt. They said it would be blury. I worked with there support team and was able to find the image that would work. When my order was shipped, it was missing some of the shirts. I contacted their support team and within 2 days they found the shirts and had them rushed to my location at no extra charge. Customer support is hard to find now a days, but in my opinion, Custom Ink is the benchmark all companies should strive too.

It was very easy to order on Custom Ink.com. I got exactly what I wanted and it was delivered 5 days ahead of schedule. Best of all, each item was packaged in phenomenal Styrofoam boxes, which I wasn't expecting. Hi quality all around and the best price! Great combination!
