Using Custom Ink for our school club shirts was a seamless process. I was able to speak with a live representative immediately when needed. This was important for invoicing. Custom Ink also provided me with options when the image was incorrect. They triple-check to ensure this was what I asked for. The turnaround was a few days earlier than quoted, which allowed me to use the free shipping option. I will definitely use them again for my custom clothing designs.

Due to the company restructuring, took two weeks to get a response via email. No it is office motivation or anything. Once the order was placed, it sat in limbo for three days, no approval email sent. I had to contact the company and the two took no responsibility for the lack of communication or flow. Needed the shirts on a deadline and received no reassurance the company would express ship the order to keep the deadline they originally promised. I did get the shirts on time, however, the printing was not done correctly. I've ordered multiple times in the past with no problems. Not happy with the chaos and lack of experience from the company this time.

I would recommend custom ink spend more time on Customer Service and the quality of the product that they put out. I am 100% dissatisfied with the final product that was shipped to me.

My first time doing business with Custom Ink for business attire. Very easy to navigate site, super easy to change, add, delete, copy so you don't have to start from scratch, etc, etc. I can't find a single fault with the way site is designed, and I usually am rather critical on that front. The merchandise came in on time and in most cases sooner than promised and every single piece was done to our complete satisfaction. Also appreciated the packaging - items were put in plastic bag before getting put in the box which makes a world of a difference in protecting merchandise, especially that boxes get damaged in shipping sometimes. I kind of want to find something constructive criticism to say in this review and I really cannot. The whole experience from start to receipt of the merch was just perfect.

Overall, I will order from Custom Ink again. The shipping speed is fantastic and the website is easy to use. The only problem was the picture I chose and I will definitely be more careful and choose a clearer image.

Excellent customer service! I had a shipping issue (my fault - address entered wrong) and they reached out immediately to help. K had multiple orders and they made sure it arrived on time despite my error.
