Easy and fun to design your own shirt

I love ordering from Custom Ink for any and all my T-shirt printing needs! This is my second time ordering from Custom Ink.The customer service department was very helpful, and very clear on what they needed, and how I want it done. They are absolutely on top of my order. I did a Super Rsh Order, very pricey but well worth my money. My order arrived on my doorstep, a day before. The packaging was very professional and secured.I would definitely be ordering all of my T-shirt needs from Custom Ink for any and all occasions of mine! Thank you Custom Ink!!!

It was incredibly easy to place a custom order with Custom Ink. I chose my tshirt, uploaded my custom artwork and graphics, and submitted my design and then waited for my order. I received a call from a lovely customer service agent who explained some necessary changes that had to be made in order to make sure my shirts looked their best and after approving the changes, I received my order amazingly fast. My entire family loves the shirts and we're so happy and proud to wear them.

The price has gone up considerably from the last time I ordered and the t-shirt is thinner but the quality and customer service is definitely still there.

It was very easy to upload my son’s image and the shirt looks great and it came very quickly! Overall a great experience.

I'm honestly very disappointed in the quality of the digital printing. The color is very dull and not vibrant. And the overall quality is just very sub part compared to other shirts I've ordered from other places. Whatever the digital ink/film is, it comes across as cheap. I received a second order yesterday (not the one that this survey link is attached to), and after seeing it I've decided I will no longer order from Custom Ink. The digital print quality is awful, there's a small thin white "border' on the right side of all the letters and graphic. Almost looks as if it's coming out of a cheap laser printer or even being cut out by a child. While I plan to keep the product because of the amount of work, effort, and time that went into it, and I don't have time prior to Christmas to figure out how to replace, I will no longer be ordering from here. I had a better experience in the past with what looked like screen print. But the digital printing is awful, and the fact that you don't know what you're going to get makes the process too unreliable.

We would definitely use Custom Ink again. Their website was easy to use, customer support was attentive and helpful and the shirts look great!

I will 100% order again. The only problem I have is that no one will look over your design to ensure you have it formatted to print properly. I had overlayed 3 pictures to print on the shirt and 1 was slighly off center. I couldn't see it in the picture area they give you on the sight and they printed it exactly as it was. Great print and it looks wonderful. But just a warning to design your art perfectly because no one will fix it for you.

The design interface, the product, the printing, it is all good. The shipping is as I expected. I am amazed that the shirts were done as I wanted them in such a short bit of time. These Custom Ink folk know what they are doing.

I thought it would be great until the adhesive on the package pulled the print from the shirt. Very frustrated

So this is just another website that prints your design on a t-shirt. There are many. There is a couple days at the beginning for them to review your artwork for copyright violations, before anything gets printed. Annoying but ok. Sadly there is no technical review, I got my shirt and it is pixelated crap. Turns out to be my bad, somewhere in the art conversion it converted from vector to low resolution raster. Boo. Now I have to order again. But the website is otherwise pretty easy to use. Kind of hate how some shirts have a minimum count you have to order. I just want my graphics on a short sleeve! Do I have to make six of them?

Everything was great. my only issue or area to address is the cost. I feel your prices are higher then average for other companies that do the same type of work. but cant complain about the products, ease, and service was great, just felt like we paid to much for it. over $1000 dollars for 22 items. If you do that math its ruffly $45 a T-Shirt.

I am extremely pleased and happy with my orders from Custom Ink. I have been ordering from your website for two consecutive years now, as my dad absolutely loves the T-shirts I’ve had printed. The quality is outstanding—his shirts from last year are still in amazing condition and have held up beautifully over time. We ordered shirts for our school club and they were amazing! The design was replicated better than the original with colors matching the t-shirt color after their designers "tweaked" the design. The shift were great quality and extremely soft- better than anything we hoped. We will definitely be ordering from Custom Design again. Great communication with designers on the chat box that helped!
