I haven't had issues with Custom INk before. When asked if I wanted to print the design the same size across all shirts, I understood that my design would appear slightly smaller. However, a heads up that the design would be roughly the size of a pocket design would've been helpful. Even a proof to show what the design would look like resized. In the online design tool, I didn't get an error message that my design was too big, and it fit within the parameters of both the adult and youth shirt. I don't even want to hand these shirts out from the group order, and I am scrambling trying to figure out how I can refund all of these people their money.

I had a point of contact who worked with me from beginning to end, and who graciously worked within my budget. My order arrived sooner than expected, the silk screen has not cracked or peeled after repeated washing, and the shirts have remained true to size and in excellent condition. Very easy to use their website. Used it many times before for different things. was hoping the 50/50 Gilden Dry Blend T-shirt would have been a bit softer feeling, however hoping it will soften up more with multiple washings. I would buy from again.
