If you have a 1 or 2 color print needed on apparel, it will be decent. Pricing is higher than many places, but the ETAs are true to description. If you have a multicolor print that they are doing digitally, expect a sticker like iron on style logo, that feels clunky and cheap. Spent ~$60 each for hoodies that I don't/won't be able to sell for a fraction of the purchase price.

Original ink color was incorrect, but 1 chat session and i received a replacement shirt that is perfect !

My order was completed and shipped quickly,the print colors weren't as vibrant as I thought they would be and the print was slightly of center.

The whole process of ordering shirts was amazing. From picking the design, placement and colors. Ordering for a group of about 30, different size selection was easy.

My experience ordering the T-shirt was great, from the ease use of the website for the template, the great selection of colors for the T-shirt and designs as well, overall a a great experience.

I needed just 1 tshirt for a cancer run. It was done and shipped in a timely manner. Will diffently order again. Thanks again for getting it done so quickly..

Customer service was very good. However, I gave specific instructions to have the shirt sit 2 inches off the collar and that was not done. I chose sky blue for the ink color and it came out dull. Not very bright. It's a computer print, so it is low quality. Not worth the money I paid.

The customer service is top notch. Even though there was an issue with my original order being printed on the wrong color and size, they quickly responded and reprinted the order to correct the problem. I really appreciate the effort they made to correct the situation!

very good experience except the shirts runs small and many were disappointed on the fit

I will definitely continue buying from custom ink. You guys did an amazing job with my tribal emblem flag on the t-shirts. The details of it is what I love the most. The colors on the t-shirts really brought it out even more.

I loved the option of being able to create within the site as well as uploading my own logo preparation. A bit pricier than another site I've used...BUT these t-shirts had high quality digital printing whereas the others I ordered from elsewhere were the equivalent of an iron-on. So, I'd rather pay for a quality print that will last in the long run on the shirt.

Great experience, fast shipping, colors quite accurate

This was my first time running a group order. The website was not particularly intuitive for me, but a quick call to customer service resolved all my issues.
