Everything went very smoothly. I ordered three different designs that I created and had the entire thing done in 30 minutes. Their communication during production and shipping was solid. And the boxes arrived on time and looked more professional than I expected. I would definitely recommend Custom Ink.

I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived early which was great but the quality of the printing was poor and overpriced.

My overall experience with Custom Ink is always the same...Excellent! I placed the order by myself, online this time. I did upgrade the shipping because I had run out of the size medium. It came so fast...it was great!!

Very easy and convenient to do online. Printing and shipping time is great. Only complain would be that I would’ve liked to have been able to print my image a little larger than what is allowed.

Was shipped a short sleeve shirt instead of a long sleeve. Customer Service was amazing. They had a corrected shirt for me within a week. Very pleasant to deal with.

I was happy with the shipping/delivery time of this project. I was pretty unhappy with how the design came out printed on the shirts and the inconsistencies across the 18 shirts I ordered. I ended up giving the crappy print jobs to myself and my family so no guests had to go home with a shirt that was kind of blurry, etc. I wouldn't order them again, and to be honest, I regret spending any money on getting these tshirts at all.

My order was more complex than not, so the amount of back and forth is to be expected. That could be tightened up a little, but honestly your team did well with the work. The colors had to be redone, but they were right the second time. All in all, for offering 3 options to my team and shipping to each address - I am impressed. Thank you!
