We ordered shirts for our school club and they were amazing! The design was replicated better than the original with colors matching the t-shirt color after their designers "tweaked" the design. The shift were great quality and extremely soft- better than anything we hoped. We will definitely be ordering from Custom Design again. Great communication with designers on the chat box that helped!

I'm disappointed in the color issue of the shirt. Spending the amount of money we did on shirts for our family based on the proofing provided by CustomInk and getting something different is disappointing. We spent a lot of money to get shirts that matched the proofs. I would have adjusted the image that I uploaded if the color of the shirt was accurate. I'm not sure it's worth it to use CustomInk again if we can't trust the colors.

Great company. Easy to use online platform for creating custom t-shirts. Quick fulfillment speed. My only complaint would be price. I know everything is more expensive these days but $30 per t-shirt, so $335 for 10 shirts did seem pricey. Thankfully our group was willing to pay for their shirts. I am happy we have this momento of our class and time together.

they changed my artwork WITHOUT TELLING ME or letting me intervene, causing my custom uploaded photos to print differently than I was expecting. The shirt looks fine and the design came out as shown in the final render, but I wasn’t told that the final render was different from what I designed on the website. I had a slightly complex design to print, but that shouldn’t mean it gets altered by CustomInk’s designers without warning. Please, next time, notify me to discuss options when you’ve made a change to my design

Easy, fast web interface for creating designs and placing orders. Shirt came fast. The digital tools are basic but intuitive and easy.

We did the group order where everyone can pick what they want, then shipped to 1 location. We had 2 options for 1 design. It worked perfectly. Really easy for everyone. Shipment arrived fast. T-shirts were bundles by group of 5 of the same size, so there is a little bit of sorting and folding if you distribute them.

I’ve had a few work high vis shirts made, and a couple hoodies, and for everything, it’s come out exactly how I want it. No minimums are great for trying logos and placements, and then I can place larger orders later.

It was easy to choose a shirt, upload a photo, add text, and order the shirt. These will be Christmas gifts, and I enjoy the ease of creating and ordering them.

Nes was amazing to work with on this order. We needed over 1000 shirts to give away to our employees for the holidays and we received the items 1 week ahead of time.

Custom Ink's customer service was excellent. I utilized the chat feature and was able to get all my questions answered, shirts ordered, and payment plan taken care of.

The quality of printing and customer service from Custom Ink was absolutely incredible. I am very happy with the look of the shirt.
