Custom Ink is a very user friendly & fun design platform. Their team will double check with you that you’re pleased with your design before they create your order- a real plus, as life is very expensive these days & you can’t very well return a custom product. Thank you, Custom Ink! You made this blue collar mom feel like an artist & are helping my significant other advertise his hard-earned small business!

I wish they had contacted me to inform ne that the font and color would not work kn a blue background. Would have been very helpful.

I completely loved the process of designing the sweatshirt and thought the website was easy to use. I was very happy with all of the options available and the various text fonts and images available. However, I was really disappointed in the quality of the printing on the sweatshirt when it arrived. The ink seemed cheap and low quality. Additionally, the color of the ink (navy) was not as expected. It was more royal blue. Had I known I would have only used white ink and probably would not have been so disappointed. It makes me less likely to use the service again even though I enjoyed the design process and love the Gildan product available.

Multiple shirts from each group had printing errors, shirts were shipped with damage and wrong sizes. Reprints were promptly managed but the reprinted logo is a completely different shade of blue and all of them look faded brand new. Logo placement and sizing was also very different between lots and some logos were upside down or incomplete. I am discouraged from even asking for a third printing as the quality has been getting worse with each shipment. Definitely not worth the value and embarrassing to present these to my parents. Never again.

Customer service was very good. However, I gave specific instructions to have the shirt sit 2 inches off the collar and that was not done. I chose sky blue for the ink color and it came out dull. Not very bright. It's a computer print, so it is low quality. Not worth the money I paid.

Live and learn. Not happy with the color of my shirt. I ordered a burnt orange Comfort Colors shirt. It is not Texas Longhorns burnt orange. The shirt is soft and the size is good which I do like. The printing is good also. I should have a ordered a more neutral color blue or green shirt.

Really easy ordering experience. I ordered Blue Generation Women’s Oxford Dress Shirts for an upcoming meeting, and a few of the guys asked for shirts in the Men’s version.

This is the first year that I can say things went smoothly. In past years, I have not been able to get all the same color shirts in all sizes, They used the wrong print from previous years without the blue outline etc. I think that Custom ink has finally figured it out. My only complaint is that the blue printed color does not match from year to year. Is it possible to note the actual mix of blue you use so that the shirts I buy every year match?

The logo image is too close to the t-shirt centerline...more than in the proof image. That this was looked over by a professional human and not adjusted/corrected is surprising and disappointing to me. We went through several iterations on our blue shirt order to get the scale of the logo right on the women's shirts and your team just couldn't get the proof right so we cancelled those items....that these didn't turn out better is frustrating. The logo placement is passable but not ideal. I do expect more from Custom Ink. You're the only printer we use....we've ordered samples in the past because we had more time. I regret that these weren't perfect.

The product was just the way they described it, actually it was somewhat better because they did a white underprint which means having it printed on a gray t-shirt did not affect the art quality. Knowing this I now have no fear of ordering navy blue or dark red or black or any other color because I know it's going to come out well. I'll definitely be doing business in the future.

The shirts are just a bit lighter blue than I expected, but not a problem. And I had requested the custom logo be two-shade, white and gray, but the artists determined solid white would work better which was a little disappointing. And the logo size and placement from virtual rendering to real life is a little difficult to gauge, but that's likely an individual issue on my part.

From the time I submit my order to the time I receive it is unbelievably fast. The lettering is perfect once I figured out what all the choices were. Blue shirt, white lettering outlines in black. You could read it from the next galaxy. I figured out they offer images, but I still have problems with the ink used on the image. It looks chalky or like house paint.

I was a little disappointed in not having more input from my inker. I ordered two white shirts with black and blue ink. I was going for a royal blue which came out nicely on one shirt, but the other shirt had more of a sky blue. I wish the same colors had been used on both shirts.

Ordering and selecting the options was great, up until delivery, when the pens just weren’t the color they were advertised. They were black versus the royal blue ones ordered. I also ordered orange ones and they seemed okay but they don’t feel like a good quality pen. I won’t be ordering again.
