We have ordered from Custom Ink multiple times now. There was only one instance where our logo looked blurry on one of our crewnecks. The Custom Ink team was very quick to send us a new one free of charge! We were extremely satisfied with the customer service.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable product. The logo is printed so cheaply that one day 1 the logo is already peeling away from the sweatshirt. Spending hundreds of dollars on a product that we give to our employees to have this result is insulting. We will refrain from every ordering products here again and we will let the other member companies across our 247 locations know about this as well.

Another great experience with Custom Ink! Thank you to Devyn and his team that assisted with the VX9 hooded sweatshirts! We will be ordering more soon.

I ordered the Gildan Midweight 50/50 Crew Sweatshirt with Christmas embossing! They did a great job and I received it in a timely manner!! Love it!! Highly recommend!!

Overall, I love Custom Ink. I've been ordering custom shirts and sweatshirts from them for almost a decade now and they always do an amazing job. I will continue to do so.

Very disappointed in image of a mostly WHITE logo that wasn't vibrant on a black sweatshirt.

Have ordered other sweatshirts and all were perfect.

It was great that customer service called asking about the logo placement being high under the hood of the sweatshirt, but it's higher than the design looked on the website. Way too expensive to order another.

My only thing I was dissatisfied with was I wanted more of a thick jersey type, almost like thickness of a sweatshirt, I realize back in 1976 Our School Football Jersey was built different, but other than that service was great and looks good.

Other than the quality of the sweatshirt. I am pleased with the results of the image and customer service.

Fantastic! I had tried a couple of other custom design sites on line and was unable to get my image uploaded and sized to my liking. I had just about given up when I found Custom Ink. Designing was so easy! No need to resize. Just upload and done. The design looks even better than what was pictured on the site. AND the sweatshirts arrived EARLY!

So very easy to order from Custom Link. Just chose what sweatshirt and color I wanted . Chose the font of the print. Can within the time frame .

I chose this item because I was really hoping for a sweatshirt with an ultra-soft, cozy feel, and while the quality is solid, it isn’t quite as soft as I expected. That said, everything else about my order was truly exceptional — from the design clarity to the overall craftsmanship. Looking ahead, I’m planning to place a larger batch order for my church, and it would be incredibly helpful to know whether there’s an option to preview or request samples of the materials beforehand. Having the chance to feel the fabric in advance would give me even more confidence in selecting the perfect style for a bigger project.

My overall experience was good. The shipping was faster than I expected, but I was not notified that the order had been shipped. The printing/image on the sweatshirt is excellent, however, the website mock-up led me to believe that the image would be a tad bigger than it turned out to be. This might be because the sweatshirt is a 3XL size, but still I would have thought the mock-up would account for that. When I order again, I'll pay more attention to the specific image dimensions instead of just relying on the website/visual depiction. I'm still happy with it.

Rebecca and team are to be commended as they relieved the stress of selecting and designing a selection of apparel items that are building to 50 years of gathering. Their efforts have convinced not only the team but the 200 members of the quality in the items and designs we will receive going forward. Looking forward to the coming years and the items we will order from you and the delight as we go forward of the memories we supply to our members in the form of sweatshirts and shirts.
