Custom Ink as a whole was great to work with on design and selecting styles and colors. The product came reasonably quick and with the correct sizes. I am concerned with the print on the garment coming loose prematurely, but fingers crossed.

Before finalizing order and noticing you don't ship to PO boxes, I used the chat to ask customer service if you use USPS for shipping, or FedEx/UPS because I don't have a mailbox and USPS will return undeliverable if order begins with FedEx/UPS and is handed off to USPS. They assured me is was NOT sent USPS or handed off to USPS....but order was ultimately handed off to USPS and returned UNDELIVERABLE!!! It was a birthday gift for my daughter, so it ended up being very late and missed her party, and the post office it was held at was not disclosed to me, had to make multiple phone calls to even get an idea of where it might be, just said "being held at carrier location". Since it was shipped using DHL, I tried calling them and they could not help me find out where it would be either Once I finally found out the 3rd time calling DHL that it might be at the post office for my physical address, the post office would never answer their phone and their business hours are when I am at work, and the post office is very far away from my house. I did finally just happen to have a day off and pick it up, but the whole situation was very stressful, inconvenient and wasted a lot of my time and energy, and the present was very late. Also, when ordering, it gave an alert that possibly part of the art would not print right (can't remember the exact phrase), but it never told me exactly what was the problem so I just went for it. Once I got the sweatshirt, I realized that it was a ghosted image that was on my file that I didn't see. Luckily my daughter loved the novelty of it being there, but I wish I could have been informed of what the exact predicted issue was with the art. In summary, please be more transparent and accurate with your art submission quality check and shipping information for those of us who have PO Boxes and live in the country.

Good company overall with quality work. But they outsource customer service to countries that can't speak or understand English well

Again, stop using outsourcing for your customer service. I must have been contacted five times for the same reason. I was so disgusted I just told the last person to go ahead and print the tshirts, since we were wasting too much time debating the screen printing. People have to stop using other countries to assist US citizens. It is revolting and for this reason I will be looking for another company.

Custom Ink's t-shirt artwork placement experience might benefit from having (say ten) tick marks on both the X / horizontal and Y / vertical cross-hair lines. Combined with dynamic real-time height and width size values (as the artwork is moved around), this would allow the customer to see how their logos and artwork line up with the image boundary (box) that displays for each applicable garment relative to industry size standards and recommendations. Alternatively or in addition to, a snap-to-grid layout could also enhance the artwork's sizing and placement experience for the customer.

Customer service / communication turned horrible. I work for a College Athletic dept. & wanted to get some shirts for one of my teams who are traveling out of country this coming week for competition. Started off fine, prepared my design on their site, sent in my order & I get back an email with in 24hrs stating that one part of my logo has to go through trademark to be okayed (might take time - hurt delivery timeline) & they sent an alternative of my design to use or I could send in a different design to use. So I sent 2 different designs (because the one they did was very poor - no real thought on style from them) in place of my 1st & wanted to see if ok (their thoughts) & since I was on a timeline could they get it done in time. I then get an email saying good news my design has been approved they would be able to get my shirts to me on time. Nothing on the my new logos, or which design was being printed, so I reply asking update on what I sent, which logo etc ..... Nothing, I send 2 more emails to my reps ..... Nothing, I then try doing the quick chat on website -- says: "unable to connect to CI rep" so try calling same response. I end up getting on the day my shirts arrived an email saying here is your shirt design & of course it's of the one I hate. I will state: quality of the shirts, printing & packaging were all fine but the rest was miserable.

I really appreciated being able to view my product as I uploaded the artwork and logo. That was really important for me. Appreciated the very quick print and shipment time. I ordered 7 weeks in advance and received the product less than 2 weeks later even tho I’m on the other side of the country.
