Loved how these turned out! The only issue is that the cross was crooked on multiple shirts, some worse than others. Overall, I love them!

My experience with Custom Ink has been really great, the orders I have been having from here has been great. This Custom Ink is really great place to design hoodies, t-shirts, etc. for high school teams or any teams in the country.

What a great experience from start to finish - a rare thing to say these days! Your support team is exceptional- made the whole process smooth and actually fun. Getting through to your site and talking through design choices then some small revisions (we decided to add copy to the back after we had placed our initial order - no problem!) was seamless. No hold times, no person from a foreign country that knew nothing about the company - just real people on the other end of the phone that knew everything about their product! We felt as if we were working with a real store down in street. Thank you!

As always the cross country team from Central Tree Middle School in Rutland loved their shirts. By allowing the parents to order and pay online is so much easier for me. Completely off topic-the older kids were a little sad that these particular shirts didn't have the Custom Ink sticker (octopus one) that have been on the other items we have ordered the past few years. They like putting them on their water bottles or binders.

Custom Ink staff was a pleasure to work with. They worked with me to make the order the best it could be, and the product arrived as promised. Their prices were competitive. I will definitely use them again when I have a future need. Also, I asked whether it was possible to check whether or not the bags came from China, as any canvas from that country almost certainly involved forced Uighur labor. The team member I was working with took the time to check, before coming back to say that she could not be sure where the bags were sourced from. So unfortunately my bags might be sourced from China. It would be great to show the country of origin of each product. I bought this time because I had a time constraint. Next time, I will not buy cotton or canvas sourced from China.

I reached out to CustomInk support to place a large order with t shirts that shipped to multiple locations all over the country at vary times. They were incredibly helpful and my whole corporate team, company wide all got their shirts on time!

We love Custom Ink! Their customer service is personal, cheerful and efficient. As a nonprofit that has contacts all over the country, fundraising with their hoodies and t-shirts was easy because they allow people to order what they want and then ship it. Easy peasy! We just ordered a tablecloth for resource events and it far exceeded our expectations. The logo is crisp and clear and the fabric is lovely-heavy and rich. 10 out of 10 every time.

I made T-shirts for a group of friends. It was a very easy process. Graphics were customized to look exactly the way I wanted. Had them shipped to cross country and they arrived quickly. Everybody loves them!

For this project I used a design on the Custom Ink website but we needed a different country shape than what was in the original design. It was easy to work with the team to update the graphic and they did a great job of responding quickly and providing what we needed! I'd highly recommend Custom Ink for any of your apparel needs!

I had an order from a previous company cancel on me so I submitted a new order with custom ink under a time constraint. The order said that it would be delivered by Feb 14 after paying 25% expedited fee, which was the day I needed them. Once they shipped, custom ink still said Feb 14, but UPS delivery date was Feb 15. I flew out of the country on Feb 15 morning and missed the shipment. I feel that I should get the 25% fee refunded.

We were extremely pleased with your customer service especially since an unexpected delay on your end was going to result in us not receiving the shirts in time for an event and your customer service team made sure that the shirts got done and delivered to our board member before he left the country. Great work, very impressed! However, we were very disappointed in the quality of the print and the sizes and feel of the shirts. The print was very faded compared to what we expected and the shirts were stiff and scratchy and appear to run very large despite the fact that we ordered what I thought were semi-fitted shirts that I had read ran small. Based on your customer service I was ready to use you for all our printing needs but based on what we received in look, feel and size I'm hesitant to try you again since it is a significant expense for a non-profit and we can't afford the trial and error of ordering different shirts etc.

Delivery was much earlier than projected which worked out perfectly for Christmas. Didn’t realize you had shops across the country.

The shirts for the cross country team were a huge success at the banquet- they loved it!
