Absolutely terrible and unacceptable product. The logo is printed so cheaply that one day 1 the logo is already peeling away from the sweatshirt. Spending hundreds of dollars on a product that we give to our employees to have this result is insulting. We will refrain from every ordering products here again and we will let the other member companies across our 247 locations know about this as well.

I reached out to customer service after submitting my order. I was worried we would not receive the items before the event date that they were needed for. Not only did they respond quickly, I received the order a day earlier than expected. I have ordered products from Custom Ink in the past, and I'm always highly satisfied with the products. I have another item I will need to order in the beginning of the year and plan on ordering them from Custom Ink.

Custom Ink provided excellent service, being both professional and incredibly patient as I made several changes to my order. Despite the back-and-forth, the turnaround time was amazing—I approved my design one day and received my order just two days later. Their attention to detail and efficiency made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I would like to receive a shipping notification when they were on their way. I called two days before they were supposed to arrive to check on the status of the items and they didn’t say anything about them being on their way. They did state that the tumblers were scheduled to arrive on time. They actually arrived the next day. I received an email one day after they arrived stating that they had shipped. I’m not sure why there was a delay in that email. Overall customer service was great.

Process was easy and tons of customizing features. Printing and shipping was super fast. Submission to delivery was less than 10 days.

When I called customer service for support, they answered quickly and truly wanted to help. Both the representative I spoke with and the design team went the extra mile to make sure that I would be delighted with my order. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Ordering was easy. Uploading and configuring/sizing of graphics was precise. Appreciated when upload was not the required resolution for a clear print and was requested to provide another. Color choices and quality of Gildan shirt were great. Delivery was as stated on order, arriving a day early. Would highly recommend Custom Ink for custom printing.

The cotton shirts ordered for our Homecoming arrived 6 days ahead of estimate. The items were all as expected, both in quality and appropriate ordered sizes. We love purchasing from Custom Ink for reliable product production, excellent customer service, and the confidence in what we will receive in every aspect.

It was all extremely easy, from the ordering and customizing to the shipping. Our products also arrived 5 days prior that they were supposed to which was amazing.

The website was easy to use. The customization tool was quick and easy to understand. I immediately got an email requesting that I call to discuss my logo and adjustments were made right away with the customer service agent. Our order shipped when expected and was delivered on the promised day. Very happy with the purchase.

My experience was wonderful until we got to the shipping aspect! I think there needs to be more realistic timeframes presented for production and shipping estimates. I placed my order on a date that estimated it would arrive on 12/3--but my order shipped on 11/21 and arrived on 11/24 which cost us unanticipated storage fees. These shirts were for a convention and arrived over a week before the anticipated date. While we lucked out this time, our package could have been lost or incurred inflated fees! I also contacted customer service before the order shipped to see if we could delay shipping to arrive on the desired date. I was told I'd receive an email with an update from the agent...but only received the confirmation that the packages had been shipped that same day. Other than that, my experience was awesome.

The ordering process was great, the shirt is great, and the printing is great. The quick delivery was soo close! I wanted the shirt to wear to the Oaks Center Cinemas grand opening. My construction company did the renovation. The grand opening started at 5:00 pm. I received notice that the shirt was delivered during the first 45 minutes of the celebration. Again, soo close! :o) Custom Ink said 4 days, and it arrived on the fourth day! The grand opening celebration went great, and I will be ordering more shirts! Thank You!
