Over all the design process is intuitive, though I did need to tweak the images so that they'd fit the shirt. The whole production was relatively painless. The shirts are shipped via UPS 7 day so you'll have to wait that is unless you pay extra for express delivery then they send it out 3 day.

I was very happy with the accuracy and quality of my order. I received my order a whole week before expected. I had to contact customer service the day after I submitted my order because I misspelled a word. They got right back to me and fixed my error right away. I will recommend Custom ink to every one.

I thought the sight was very easy to maneuver around. The packaging it came in was great because it was downpouring on the day it arrived and the shirts didn't get wet at all. :)

Overall, I had a really bad time trying to work with the art department. I emailed them a couple of photos to render and to try to use for the art. No attempt was taken to make use of these photos i sent in. Instead I got clipart that was from the website. What made matters worse was that it took an entire day for the art team to respond to anything. It was ridiculous.

I am very impressed with CustomInk. The product is exactly what we needed and the customer service is among the best I've ever seen. They did almost all the design work and constantly emailed to check in with me through the entire process. The customer service reps also have a good system for communicating with each other, so no matter who was working on any given day answers were never delayed. Fantastic!

This is my first shirt I've worn from custom ink. So comfortable and within your price range. They make sure your stuff gets to you on the expected delivery date. Mine was delayed because of thanksgiving and lots of mail traffic during that holiday and they sent me an overnight one for free cause my expected date was the next day. So pleased with how they handled the situation. They never disappoint! and they send you a preview of how your shirt will look before you order or after you order and you have the chance to change anything before they print the item. Such an amazing and hard working group of people working to meet everyone's expectations. Keep it up guys!

I can only say Wow! At the very last minute, another order was placed. And this order was placed 4 days before the party, and one day was Thanksgiving so everything was closed or operating on a limited schedule. The shirts came hours before the party. The size, color and print screening were exact, and my daughter was happy. The shirts were the highlight of the party. So much so, that my daughter wants to order again for her next birthday. I have worked in customer service for many years, and I can honestly say that the staff at Customink is top notch. Are these individuals cloned? If not, then they need to be. Regardless of who may answer the call, the call is always answered. And a Customink staff member will not end the call until all customer's inquiries have been addressed to the satisfaction of the customer. And, even then, a staff member will ask again, and welcome you to contact them if any additional questions arise, or even if you just want to chat. Customink puts the ink in customer, in custom service and in customer satisfaction. Way to go.

I received an email about concerns with an image I used on a design. It started with an email followed up with a super friendly phone call. The next day, I was able to make the changes to design and received an immediate follow up call. Either your staff works on some amazing bonuses/commission or they simply care about what they do!
