The service was really good got my hoodie real quick looks good thanks so much

As always, customer service was very good and I am happy with the resulting product. That being said, hoodies not matching the images on the website is frustrating. Also, I wish Custom Ink would offer the same subsidies for follow-on orders - within a reasonable time frame, of course. For example, I ordered 90 hoodies at ~$42 per and after they arrived I realized I needed to immediately order a handful more. But, instead of ordering 5 more at $42 per, they cost $60 per. I ordered the bare minimum, but would have ordered more if that was not the case.

This was fun and easy to create the perfect custom hoodie. I like the website filters that helped me figure out which brand and style/color I wanted. The end product looked exactly like the online image during creation. I'm very happy.

This was my fifth order from this company! I have absolutely loved everyone made and this company was recommended by my son and I have in return recommended them to my other kids.. This is going to be a Christmas tradition of making hoodies for each other and we will be using this company to make them!

the customer service was great. i'm glad they reached out and suggested resizing the design because it definitely fits the hoodie better. i really do weigh the print was better though

Design and selection were rather easy. A nice assortment of sports images to pick from. When I discovered I made an error in the design customer service helped my fix things. The received hoodie looks just like what was designed.

Top level customer service. They called me before they printed my image on the back of the hoodie I ordered to ask if I wanted the black background in the image or just the image printed. I have ordered from a few different printing sites and I have NEVER had a rep call me so the image would come out as planned. The customer rep went above and beyond to make sure I got my order exactly as I wanted it. 10+++ stars!! I will ONLY be using Custom Ink moving forward for any future printing needs. Thank you to the lady that called me!! You deserve some recognition!!

I am okay with the printing of my customized logo. I do not like the back of the ash hoodie, "Coach Jackie" was printed too big across the back for my liking, but I'm going to wear it because I paid for it. The quality of the first hoodie (black) is poor. As I mentioned earlier, fuzz balls while only wearing it twice and then more fuzz balls after the first wash. I'm not happy about that. The ash color hoodie is thin for the price I paid, however the material is better than the material of the black hoodie. I do need to place an order for 6 hoodies, to increase the visibility of my brand, however I'm not sure I'm going to use Custom Ink again. Thanks

My hoodies ran small in both the small and XL. Custom make made good on the sale and reprinted the hoodies in a medium and 2 XL to make things right based on the size requirement that I needed. Customer has always done a great job on my products and I would definitely recommend.

The experience with custom ink has been 10/10 from start to finish. From the design process to the resolution of issues it was soooooo easy. The design studio is easy to use and has clear printing guidelines. The was notification that there might be a printing issue with the black design on grey hoodie, they were great at explaining the possible issues and how it could affect the over all design. We had issues with sizing on my tall managers and I needed to reorder 2 more hoodies in a "tall" style. Their customer service team was so helpful on an additional items order and helped me keep the cost down.

I want to say Thank you, for making both of my logos on different hoodies amazing. You are definitely did your thing. I really appreciate it and I will definitely be using custom ink again.

Custom Ink was a great resource for our business uniform needs. I had to order an assortment of items from a polo short, tee shirts, hoodies, and embroidered caps. I was able to choose from different manufacturers to get the best quality and fit. The “no minimum” on most items was very helpful. I used my own logo/artwork and had items printed and embroidered, all the items look great! Production and shipping was also timely even though it’s the busy holiday shipping season. Overall, my experience was overwhelming positive and I highly recommend Custom Ink for all your custom printed/embroidered needs.

4 of the 6 boxes were broken, torn, falling apart and filthy dirty. Pretty much looked like they fell off the truck. You shorted my order once AGAIN. Several of the long sleeve shirts have attached strings from the seams that are just hanging off and cannot be pulled. I found this out the hard way. The hoodies are NOT thick and warm like what was explained to me. AND to top all of this off, I stabbed myself on a sewing needle that was left in between the shirts in the box when I was taking them out.

This was the second time I’ve used Custom Ink and was again very pleased with my order of t-shirts and hoodies. High quality art in full color printed perfectly. I saved the order on the web site and then went to the King St. store in Alexandria to take a look at the fabrics in-person. Bryce was very helpful and I ended up changing the shirts I originally chose to a better quality fabric. My order delivered very quickly and exactly when they estimated it would arrive. It was a great experience start to finish.

Thank u for what u did do for me. The hoodie is awesome and exceeded expectations or at least met them which is hard to find.
