CustonInk was able to bring my hoodies way earlier than expected!

Customer service was speedy and helpful but when the final product finally came in I was disappointed to see very inconsistent quality in my order. The designs on the hoodies I ordered were all off centered and placed very noticeably differently across each hoodie.

I received superb customer service from Hunter Gray at the Wellesley Location. He was very helpful in getting our order placed and keeping it on track. The hoodies arrived on time and the printing was phenomenal, even on small details. I would absolutely order again next time!

I'm so glad I went with Custom Ink to order gifts for our graduating students. The whole customization process was seamless and customer service was incredibly helpful and fast, from confirming the order, getting licensing approval, and shipping the product. The hoodies look absolutely amazing and word is already spreading around campus about how cool they are. Delivery was a week earlier than estimated, which was a nice bonus even if that had more to do with UPS than Custom Ink. My only negative note is that I had designed the sleeve text with an orange outline and it is already starting to develop cracks/slightly flaking after one wash. Maybe air drying it would avoid this issue. That's the only reason that I rated this less than perfect. However, the front and back images, as well as the inner color of the sleeve text, are all white and those still look pristine. I am already planning to order from Custom Ink again when I need to get more hoodies or shirts.

Custom Ink has been my go to company for custom shirts, hoodies, shorts, etc since I started using them 15 years ago. They've never let me down and always want to make sure the order is correct and arrives on time.

They hoodies were a little pricey ($33/ with 1 color and very simple design), but they turned out great and I always like ordering from customink.

The quality of the t-shirts and hoodies were great and turn around time was excellent!

Custom Ink’s website was incredibly intuitive to use. Their art team helped me make the perfect design on short notice, and they shipped my hoodies within a few days of design approval by my institution so that our entire orchestra could have them for our dress rehearsals and concert weekend. Overall a phenomenal experience.

Numbers and last names of players were incorrect. We loved the design and the hoodie, but accuracy was disappointing. My athletes loved the hoodies, and more individuals wanted to order after seeing the final product, but we continued to have errors that needed to be corrected through another business.

Pricey for how quickly it was done, had to get over 20 orders just to make it worth it and then then, could've had way more orders if they were cheaper. Then it was done in 1 day. Didn't need to be that expensive. People also complained that the logo could not be different colors. Only the hoodies themselves could be different colors. People wanted black hoodie, and choose different color logos.

From the online design template, to working with the logo and licensing, and up until the delivery, Custom Ink was a pleasure to do business with. Also, the hoodies came early!

Great customer service- I sent several emails and got a response within a day of sending them. Additionally, the hoodies arrived about 2 weeks after I placed my order (even if we had a few issues with licensing permits).

I am very happy I was able to order a custom hoodie for me and my team in my business! The custom work I made turned out beautiful on the product and the materials were amazing quality! The print looks perfect and overall I am very pleased with the end results! The hoodies were very comfortable and it is a great way to advertise our business. I only wish the pricing was lower so I could buy even more in bulk for my business so my customers would have a chance to buy one too!
