I think overall the quality is great. AA hoodies are typically super comfy and good quality. Some of the threads were coming out already so I was a bit bummed about that. The logo is actually more muted than it showed on screen but what can you do. I actually think it came out really nicely and am happy with the result. I would definitely order again.

The overall experience was made better by two wonderful ladies, Jamie E. and Joy K. Jaime was the first person to make me aware of a potential problem with our design fitting on the hoodies after conversations with other representatives and Joy helped me complete the order. Both ladies were attentive and patient with someone like me who had not had prior experience with CustomInk. In the end, we are very satisfied with the hoodies.

We ordered long sleeve hoodies with a sleeve print. Due to the sleeve print, I had to call to place the order. Adam was very helpful and friendly and made the process easy. Our shirts look great and fit perfectly out of the box, we'll see what happens after a wash or two. Would order again, perhaps going one size up.

Our first order was good but when we reordered and asked for one to have the white background (different color hoodies) and one to not have the white background, that did not happen even though we were assured it would be one with and one without. If you want any differences in your logo regarding background color, make it 2 separate orders! Oh, and the Vintage Gold for Hanes Nano Zip Hoodie is really mustard yellow. A little disappointing.

You folks are amazing. We planned a spur of the moment family (large group) ski trip. About 9 days before we were set to leave we thought how fun it would be if we all wore the same hoodies/logo on the slopes... you came through for us and our hoodies arrived when scheduled, the day before our departure. When I called to make a second order, it would have been nice if the customer service agent would have told me I was ordering 2 duplicate Hoodies. Therefore would not have wasted $90

Digital print on t-shirts are great. Digital prints on hoodies and sweaters could use improvement. Turnaround time for the product is great though.

Just as last time, the customer service was top notch. In the beginning stages I used your live chat and got some very helpful information. Responses to my email questions were answered promptly and the whole ordering and designing process was super easy. I also called and talked to a customer service representative to place my order since I had picked hoodies that had a 6 min requirement. - I needed 5 hoodies and 1 long sleeve T. He was very friendly and helped get the order placed. The quality of the hoodies and long sleeve were also excellent. My order came promptly in a week which was earlier that the 2 weeks promised. Way to deliver! I enjoy doing business with your company, I wish all companies took such care with their customers. I will definitely order again and recommend you to all my friends.

Over all great product, however the hoodies are too small. The XL's fit like a large. The XL tees are bigger than the XL hoodies. I'm going to have to reorder the hoodies for a larger size.

I ordered a men's and women's version of a hoodie for my team at work. I was unable to see the logo I uploaded, so I used the chat function to talk to someone directly. The CustomInk employee was able to find my hoodie with easy and show me a clean proof. In addition, we wanted artwork on the sleeves of the hoodies. Again, I used the chat function and another employee was able to add the artwork and send me a proof in a very short amount of time. I received the packages exactly when I expected and the packaging was in great condition. Overall, the time it took to get a final product with all the issues I was having (user error) was very minimal and efficient. Very pleased with my experience!
