The process of creating polo shirts for a Navy reunion involved numerous calls. Your Tee Shirt Ambassadors have been wonderful in helping me design the logo and select a quality polo shirt. Every person that I talked with was enthusiastic and welcoming. They seemed to get more excited about my project than I was. It was a pleasure to work with them. Over the months there have been several wonderful ambassadors but Allison Bulow stands out in my memory.

My experience with CustomInk was exceptional. I was having issues finding a size that showed available, however, I was unable to select it. I called customer service and had a short wait time before Lindsay L. She was unable to order the size for me because it was out of stock. Rather than asking if there was anything else, she started offering different solutions. She offered same shirt in a different color, then offered a different shirt in the navy. After looking through the inventory, she was able to find what I needed. During all this, she was able to build some rapport with me, asking what the shirts were for (Battle of the Books for my 9 year old and her team). She asked questions about what the Battle of the Books was and we talked about the timeframe in which I needed the shirts....which was short...and I live in Alaska. She offered the rush shipping and still set the expectation that there is NO guarantee that the shirts will arrive in time, but would have a good chance of doing so. I went for it! The shirts were supposed to arrive on Thursday...we had them in hand Monday afternoon!! We are very happy with our purchase and will be telling all our friends and family about CustomerInk. I work in Learning and Development, in which we train our reps on different sales techniques and what customer service means. The interaction I had with Lindsay L. was really exceptional. She was more than willing to help me find what I needed, had concern for the timeframe of delivery, and was very genuine...the human level is often missed with business interactions...she nailed it. After I was already convinced that her skills were above target, we received a personalized follow up email shortly after the call ended. It is those little things that will keep us coming back and referring CustomerInk to everyone we know.

How do I love thee, let me count the ways? In order to get glitter ink on the shirt we wanted (vintage navy/premium heather), I couldn't get all the original colors of our logo. But the CustomInk team was fab (and worked tirelessly) helping me make sure we still had a super duper look. A++ response time and service. Haven't washed them yet--that will be the real test, especially with the glitter ink--but I'm pretty wowed by the shirts. We make a great team.

From the first step in the process, until my order arrived, the process couldn't have gone any smoother. I was contacted and given an update about my order status. It was necessary for Customink to get permission from the UNITED STATES ARMY AND NAVY before they could bring my creation to life. The shirt produced is a tribute to the man I grew up with, Richard Griffis, an ARMY Vietnam combat veteran with a distinguished record, the ARMY, and the NAVY where I served on the USS KITTY HAWK CVA 63 in the Gulf of Tonkin at the same time Griff was a door on a HUEY in country VIETNAM. You helped me produce a symbol of freedom and pay tribute to my dear friend Griff, and our mutual love of the ARMY and the NAVY and the football game of the year for us. Shortly after I placed my order, I got a phone call to inform me that the black print I chose would not show up well on my navy tshirt and she asked if I would like to change it to a charcoal color. Which of course I did! I am so thankful for your attention to detail and care!! I love the finished product!

I was a little displeased by the packaging because I was afraid I'd cut into the shirt when I was opening it but otherwise it was well packaged. The artwork I'd provided seemed a teensy bit fuzzy but it may be an unusual optical effect due to the original "background" (the far reaches of the cosmos) which is a slightly lighter shade of a very deep blue than the navy of the shirt. All in all the product was of exceptional quality and you're well assured of my continued business with you.

Customer service was phenomenal! They called to see if they could alter the design of part of the shirt. As it would blend in with the navy color. I was so very impressed with the fact that they seem to know how important this shirt was to me. Not only did they point this part of the design out to me they had recommendations on how to make it better. This shirt is very special as it's for the homecoming for my son coming back from deployment so it's very sentimental. Bravo Zulu to your customer service department for going up and beyond my expectations.

Everything was great, but may I suggest adding a USS Blue Ridge siilhoutte to your Navy clip arts? :) I thought the ship I chose was a generic ship, but my Navy veteran boyfriend (who absolutely loved the shirt), said it wasn't a generic ship, but comforted me by saying unless someone was in the Navy, they wouldn't notice it was a friggit. But the shirt did turn out wonderful :)

I am an aspiring unpublished writer and several years ago I saw a late night commercial for your company and got an idea to create a shirt of my very own that had to do with "writing" as a way to motivate and inspire myself. When I perused through your website, I found that since I wasn't a team or group ordering a bunch of shirts--I was happy to find that I could buy them individually! I really like what I call the "baseball jersey" style shirts that have the longer colored sleeves and the white fronts.. Although, I do have one wish that you could make more colors available. If you want to just buy shirts individually, you have a choice of black, navy blue, (which looks just like black), royal blue, or red--all with white fronts and backs. But for the other colors that are offered, there is a minimum of like 6 to buy. There are some of those other colors in the jerseys that I like and would love to have--but I only want one shirt. Is there any way you might consider offering the other colors without the minimum amount? Soon, I will be purchasing a few more shirts...I have a friend who lives in Buneos Aires who is making a trip to the U.S. after the 1st of the year and she is a writer also--so I designed shirts for both of us. She loved the design and is really excited about getting it! I know your main target audience is mainly groups, (like charities and fund-raisers) as well as sports teams--like for schools or park districts, but I just wanted to let you know that you also have an audience of us individuals who like to be creative and like to design shirts just for ourselves to motivate and inspire our own individual selves. I really appreciated the customer service I received while working on my t-shirt design. I hit some snags with the online ordering process, and multiple representatives were quick to remedy the situation. It takes some time to ship. It's frustrating certain colors are bulk order only. I ordered a men's t shirt a month ago and it worked out well according to the sizing guide. That's why I entered ahead and wanted to order a gift for my mother. I followed the sizing guide and had too go with a Navy blue.color because her favorite color green as only available for bulk orderng. When I got the shirt it was packaged securely. The shirt sizing was wrong in accordance to too the guide. It was very short and wide. I'm going to have to order from a different company and pray that it gets here in time.
