Custom Ink tried to separate my logo initially, not sure why. It was a quick fix, but i have no idea why they tried to do that in the first place.

No problems. Very easy to design

Really no issues at all, I barely even pulled them out when others around me gasped and a passerby and I were thrilled by the quality.

This was my first time using custom ink and my order was created a month ago and stayed pending in the cart until I was ready to order. Shipment came in no time and was true to size. Definitely will use again.

No human touch is a problem. Not listening to the client, me, was a problem. You ask for payment before the final is done which when you don't get any customer service to help you with changes it's a problem.

The process of ordering the shirts was extremely easy. I was intimidated at first but had no problems at all. The site is user friendly and gave a lot of design options.

Very easy and no hassle

Custom Ink was a great resource for our business uniform needs. I had to order an assortment of items from a polo short, tee shirts, hoodies, and embroidered caps. I was able to choose from different manufacturers to get the best quality and fit. The “no minimum” on most items was very helpful. I used my own logo/artwork and had items printed and embroidered, all the items look great! Production and shipping was also timely even though it’s the busy holiday shipping season. Overall, my experience was overwhelming positive and I highly recommend Custom Ink for all your custom printed/embroidered needs.

Custom ink has been an awesome tool to create some of my most memorable Christmas gifts. Their design workshop is relatively easy to navigate and use, and my only complaint is that once you rotate an image or shape, you cannot adjust the width and height separately. Shipping is straightforward and I have had no issues so far with that. Thank you Custom Ink workers and all you do to bring designs to life!

Fantastic! I had tried a couple of other custom design sites on line and was unable to get my image uploaded and sized to my liking. I had just about given up when I found Custom Ink. Designing was so easy! No need to resize. Just upload and done. The design looks even better than what was pictured on the site. AND the sweatshirts arrived EARLY!
