Custom Ink was a great resource for our business uniform needs. I had to order an assortment of items from a polo short, tee shirts, hoodies, and embroidered caps. I was able to choose from different manufacturers to get the best quality and fit. The “no minimum” on most items was very helpful. I used my own logo/artwork and had items printed and embroidered, all the items look great! Production and shipping was also timely even though it’s the busy holiday shipping season. Overall, my experience was overwhelming positive and I highly recommend Custom Ink for all your custom printed/embroidered needs.

Customer service is always good and turn around on getting our items is always fast. We've ordered polos, shirts, hoodies, crewnecks and hats previously but this order was terrible. The product itself is the main problem but the printing was bad as well.

Custom Ink has been my school's Quiz Bowl Team's place of choice when ordering jerseys and polos for our season the past 3 years. We have been extremely grateful for the speed that our orders have been processed and shipped. We often receive the order before the predicted shipping date. We have only ever had one mistake with an order, and Custom Ink was quick to respond and send replacements for the misprint free of charge.

Custom ink is the absolute best company to use to make any sort of custom apparel. The quality is un matched in my opinion . The website is super easy to use. The year i started my company i used custom ink for the first time for my very first work clothes. Its been 5 years . Ive used them for everything to golf league polos to more work shirts. Im with you guys for the long haul . Keep doing what your doing . * no , this isnt a fake review, they are just that good

The upload of my logo and quality print on the shirt was great - the quality of the polo was very disappointing.

Overall i will not use this company again. I ordered 45 polos with 2 embroidery locations. The quality of the embroidery was bottom shelf. It was clearly rushed as i was told i would recieve my order on the 19th of August but they arrived on the 13th. Faster delivery is great when the quality of product matches. I will now have to scramble to find another company to get me quality embroidery prior to my event. Also, no one called or emailed to ask if i was satisfied with or had any issues with my order.

They are great. I just wish they had polos for babies and toddlers. Otherwise I would highly recommend them.

I scheduled to have my polos arrive on June 4, but I noticed that something was off when I looked at the order. I quickly contacted the customer support team and they were extremely helpful in getting me the polos on time! Everything went smoothly because of the awesome customer service that I received. I would highly recommend This company!
