Very positive experience for my first time ordering from Custom Ink. I usually order from another supplier, but after trying to purchase from them, I got a better deal from Custom Ink. Custom Ink will be my first stop when looking to purchase in the future. Good job!

Shirt material and print looks great. My only complaint is my shirt arrived with 3 stains on it. I was able to mostly clean them off (didn't want to try to get a replacement shirt due to wanting to give this shirt as a Christmas present, and was unsure if I would get the replacement before Christmas).

For a first timer I should of wrote down all I wanted,then when the option came up I could nail it first try. But noooo. "I want this ..I want that..waa waa." This is important stuff ! Not like trying to get write offs for owning a giraffe ! Next time I will have a plan and order more efficiently. Oh yeah,the options Custom Ink has are fantastic. I was able to choose a funky cool design that suited my need. Custom Ink..love ya man !!!

I am trying to figure out how to get the product that I order. For example, my design had the logo higher in the shirt that what I received. I am sure it is something I am doing wrong.

Fantastic! I had tried a couple of other custom design sites on line and was unable to get my image uploaded and sized to my liking. I had just about given up when I found Custom Ink. Designing was so easy! No need to resize. Just upload and done. The design looks even better than what was pictured on the site. AND the sweatshirts arrived EARLY!

I’ve had a few work high vis shirts made, and a couple hoodies, and for everything, it’s come out exactly how I want it. No minimums are great for trying logos and placements, and then I can place larger orders later.

I love the many print options available and the ease of trying different looks before making a final decision. The program is very user friendly.

I have tried other t-shirt companies, but they have been disappointing. Custom Ink is solid and reliable. Thanks, Custom Ink!

The process on line was pretty simple. Sadly that day there was a payment issue where I paid for the item but it was rejected. I learned this after receiving an email that the transaction did not go through. I tried chatting with the sit chat as the number online was not a working number. I was given 2 new numbers from chat. I finally googled a number, reached customer service and they were very helpful, processed my order, and it was made and sent to me within 10 days. Overall I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that I felt the shift was to expensive. I paid $48 and I believe a T with front and back print should be more on the $38 side.

Everything was excellent. I normally wear a 2x but ordered a 3x. Shirt fit like a 2x so shirt size seems a bit smaller. Still kinda pricey for 1 shirt. Only went with Custom Ink because they offered sleeve printing. I tried a different site, and they didn't offer it. No way of knowing without actually designing the shirt.

No one checks in about the design, tried filling out a complaint and the page just reset every time I tried to submit.

Outcome image was nothing like I originally submitted but got tired of trying to approve them. Should have followed my gut and said no.

I've tried other printing services, but their quality is not as good as Custom Ink. I absolutely love the ease of use in all dealings with Custom Ink. They have extended hours which has also helped when I'm working on things at night. Anytime I've dealt with customer service they've been more than helpful. My designs are saved, and ordering is super easy. Everything is always packaged well and arrives very timely. I'm definitely a customer for the long term!

It was a great and easy experience from the start to the finish. It was fun trying different designs and seeing the end result was priceless.

Love Custom Ink. We always receive high quality shirts from them and timely delivery . I just wish the website was a little easier to navigate when trying to save multiple items in the same cart over a period of time. There is probably a way but I'm not patient enough to figure it out...lol .. But Custom Ink's site is better than other sites i have looked at in the past. Overall Custom Ink is the best choice !
