I really enjoy using the Custom Ink website to design our mission team shirts as well as our ministry shirts. I like having the control over how I can create individual designs for different mission trips. We try to have a specific shirt for each mission team to display the Bible verse each individual team chooses and to make each mission team feel connected. I also appreciate having such a large number of products to use with our designs. My items have always been of good quality and shipped on time or even before the date listed at purchase.

Trying to get ahold of customer service!

Love the website. Super easy and intuitive to use. Had reservations about adding logos without having a sample shirt, but couldn't be more pleased with the result that came in. Only critique would be to wrap size groupings in plastic separately. Not a huge deal, but would help when rifling through the box to try to find a size and thus not having to make a mess out of the whole thing.

Great product and service, the low ratings were due to my own fault, as I should have uploaded a higher quality image. I will try again with my next design and I will absolutely be using this company for future projects and purchases.

Really good option out there for creative shirt production. The shirt fit well and I look forward to trying other shirt styles.

In the past, I've had GREAT customer service, but this time was a total miss. No one contacted me to tell me that my design would be invisible against the color I'd chosen, which was not visible from the image online. I will try again, but I expect more from Custom Ink.

The only issue I had was trying to make the payment online it wouldn’t go through so I had to call them to pay but once the order was placed everything was fast , I was very pleased and will be buying again for sure

I used ChatGPT to create a logo for the first time. The logo was sort of a novelty gift/inside joke as my husband's dad tracks all of our travels - including adult grandchildren's trips from beginning to end. We named him our "Family Logistics Supervisor". Because I had created the logo on ChatGPT, the resolution wasn't great. I tried to enlarge using photo editing tools, but was getting a warning on Custom Ink's site that the image was too small and might be pixelated. I called customer service, was helped immediately and assured that the team had taken care of it, and it would look great. The Jacket arrived well in advance of quoted delivery date, and our dad loves it!

Great digital print however the t-shirt I selected, which I chose because of the described softness and quality, is very thin... embarrassingly so in white unfortunately. I will use CustomInk again but not this Next Level Tri-Blend T-shirt. Definitely not in a light color

I am a repeat customer, and I have always been very happy with the service I've received from Custom Ink. Excellent printing. Excellent customer service. And the products were delivered on time. I'm very dismayed, however, by the quality of the shirts themselves in my most recent order. I've ordered District Tri-Blend shirts 6 times in the past 5 years, and my family has always loved them. This time, we all noticed that the shirts are a LOT flimsier than in the past.

Custom Ink was very responsive and made sure quality product was being created. I appreciated that the fact they tried to make contact at each step of the process to receive my concurrence.

3rd single shirt order and font size was much smaller than other two Tried to get xl changed to 2xl near immediately and their response was that order was already starting to be made And yet, took what 1- 1/2 to 2 weeks to rcv so they could have certainly accommodated size change (for which I offered to pay the additional $2.50 All in all, will order from other company in the future

Website was easy to use. And outcome was pretty accurate to what was depicted. The printing was very well done. The tri-blend from Next Level was very soft but runs on the smaller end of each size. My 2XL fits but could have a little more room.

I was super pleased with the how easy it was to upload and design my Tee. I have tried other vendors but Custom Ink's platform was perfect! Oh yeah, I turned around and made a second order:)

I couldn’t be happier with what i got through Custom Ink. I was trying to get my wife something for our anniversary and tried various other sources but no one could do what i wanted or would just ghost me when i asked. I’m super happy with the experience. It was a little pricy because i only did one item (and one different item; the point being it’s cheaper if you buy multiple of the same item) but I’d totally do it again in a heartbeat.
