Custom Ink was very responsive and made sure quality product was being created. I appreciated that the fact they tried to make contact at each step of the process to receive my concurrence.

3rd single shirt order and font size was much smaller than other two Tried to get xl changed to 2xl near immediately and their response was that order was already starting to be made And yet, took what 1- 1/2 to 2 weeks to rcv so they could have certainly accommodated size change (for which I offered to pay the additional $2.50 All in all, will order from other company in the future

Website was easy to use. And outcome was pretty accurate to what was depicted. The printing was very well done. The tri-blend from Next Level was very soft but runs on the smaller end of each size. My 2XL fits but could have a little more room.

I was super pleased with the how easy it was to upload and design my Tee. I have tried other vendors but Custom Ink's platform was perfect! Oh yeah, I turned around and made a second order:)

I couldn’t be happier with what i got through Custom Ink. I was trying to get my wife something for our anniversary and tried various other sources but no one could do what i wanted or would just ghost me when i asked. I’m super happy with the experience. It was a little pricy because i only did one item (and one different item; the point being it’s cheaper if you buy multiple of the same item) but I’d totally do it again in a heartbeat.

Quality is good, but don't call customer service to ask a question, they will waste your time and try to overcharge you.

The logo looked good but the writing on the word "and" was partially missing so it almost doesn't look like the word "and". So just not the best printing quality which makes me think when we need to order more for our business we may try somewhere else. Thank you though!

Overall, the website was easy to use and my design came out looking great. I tried designing this same shirt with a couple of different sites, and this was the only one that I could get to look write. I do wish you could do a custom ink color. My logo came out a little more gold and a little less yellow than I really wanted.

Custom Ink tried to separate my logo initially, not sure why. It was a quick fix, but i have no idea why they tried to do that in the first place.

Very positive experience for my first time ordering from Custom Ink. I usually order from another supplier, but after trying to purchase from them, I got a better deal from Custom Ink. Custom Ink will be my first stop when looking to purchase in the future. Good job!

Shirt material and print looks great. My only complaint is my shirt arrived with 3 stains on it. I was able to mostly clean them off (didn't want to try to get a replacement shirt due to wanting to give this shirt as a Christmas present, and was unsure if I would get the replacement before Christmas).

For a first timer I should of wrote down all I wanted,then when the option came up I could nail it first try. But noooo. "I want this ..I want that..waa waa." This is important stuff ! Not like trying to get write offs for owning a giraffe ! Next time I will have a plan and order more efficiently. Oh yeah,the options Custom Ink has are fantastic. I was able to choose a funky cool design that suited my need. Custom Ink..love ya man !!!

I am trying to figure out how to get the product that I order. For example, my design had the logo higher in the shirt that what I received. I am sure it is something I am doing wrong.

Fantastic! I had tried a couple of other custom design sites on line and was unable to get my image uploaded and sized to my liking. I had just about given up when I found Custom Ink. Designing was so easy! No need to resize. Just upload and done. The design looks even better than what was pictured on the site. AND the sweatshirts arrived EARLY!

I’ve had a few work high vis shirts made, and a couple hoodies, and for everything, it’s come out exactly how I want it. No minimums are great for trying logos and placements, and then I can place larger orders later.
