"Jessica Tyrol lost her battle with melanoma on May 15, 2012. She was diagnosed with melanoma in October 2011, and less than eight months later, she was taken from us.
Melanoma is one of the most dangerous types of skin cancers and is the leading cause of death of all skin diseases. Please help us contribute to the Melanoma Research Foundation so that we can conquer this terrible and deadly disease. Jess was an amazing daughter, sister, and friend. We miss her so much and think of her everyday. We know she is watching over us and looking down on us each day.
For the second year in a row we got a team together to participate in the Moving for Melanoma 5k in Delaware. Over 2012 and 2013 our team has raised over $44,000 to hopefully one day beat this horrible disease.
