the horses are happy and well cared for and have a wonderful life - this injustice being done in the name of "Animal Right" is horrible
The horse and carriages are an important part of NYC. Brings civility to a very urban area. It's unforgivable that the City will allow any politician to pay off favors on the backs of working men/women and their families.
I see these horses everyday and they are so well cared for and loved. They belong in NYC.
My first 3 dates with my husband 43 years ago always ended with a horse and buggy ride through Central Park.
The Carriage Horses belong to the people of New York to enjoy and the mayor has no right to stop this.
