Horses are a part of our history and need to be kept on the streets and on the public's mind, in a good way, to remind us from whence we came.Lets not put a group of people out of business and on welfare along with the horses.
I grew up in NYC & believe that the horses are an important & integral part of the city.
#CarriageOn because I believe in the horses and their caretakers. Ridding our cities and our lives of domestic horses is NOT doing anyone any favors, least of all our equine partners.
This is a free enterprise. That is what we are all about in this country. These people are strickly governed, follow the rules, take good care of their animals. Nobody has the right to just take away their jobs, living, and for many enjoyment in life. Government is to big when this type of thing can happen just because the mayor and council think they can. All the people need to take heed of this type of control.
I think there are ulterior motives behind the mayors actions!
