What happens after I place my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time using the Order Number included in your confirmation email on our Order Tracking page.

Here is a general outline of our process once your order is placed:

• You will get confirmation that your order was placed, which will also include your order number or numbers.
• Your order will be reviewed and we will reach out if there are any questions or concerns that could hold up your order
• Your design will be prepped for production
  • More complex orders will get a picture proof sent which will need approval before printing begins - keep an eye out for communications from us!
• Your products are decorated with your design
• Your order is shipped and shipping information will be sent to you
• Once delivered, open up and enjoy!
