Will Custom Ink have my products in stock?
Our mission at Custom Ink is to provide all our customers with incredible service and only show products on the site that are currently in stock at the time of your order. If an item goes out of stock after you place your order, we'll contact you immediately.
What happens if my items are out of stock after I place my order?
We have solutions. We are here to help. Our team of inkers understand how it may feel to discover that a product you have had your eye on or selected for your order has gone out of stock. Our goal is to communicate and partner with you and help you discover exciting new options so your timeline doesn’t skip a beat.
You will work with a Custom Ink representative to determine an appropriate alternative to your original product. They will encourage you to consider the following:
- What features of your selected item are important to you (ie., UPF protection, ¾ sleeves, raglan style, etc.)?
- Is the color of the item more important than the fabric, or vice versa?
- Is the brand of the item more important than finding a similar style/fit?
You will be encouraged to select alternatives and if inventory stock continues to be an issue a Custom Ink representative will be in touch with you to offer additional options that may work for you and your group.
