Will Custom Ink have my products in stock?

Our mission at Custom Ink is to provide all our customers with Incredible Service.

The Covid-19 global pandemic has impacted us all in many different ways. In our industry it has caused manufacturing and shipping disruptions, suppliers are struggling to keep up with economic recovery and as the broader global economy has worked to recover we’ve seen increasing challenges with inventory.

This has caused some of our desired items to go out of stock. The good news is if an item goes out of stock, you are not out of luck. Our team of dedicated inkers will communicate any potential out of stock risks with you and should this issue impact your order we have hundreds sometimes thousands of other options to ensure you, your event or team experience doesn’t miss a beat.

We encourage customers to consider one or two replacement options for their order in the case that those specific items do go out of stock the team can immediately replace with a previously selected alternative without much disruption to the order timeline.

These times may be different, the challenges we are facing may be different and how we solve for them may be different but the Custom Ink promise will remain the same and if we stumble along the way we will do what we can to make it right.

What happens if my items are out of stock after I place my order?

We have solutions. We are here to help. Our team of inkers understand how it may feel to discover that a product you have had your eye on or selected for your order has gone out of stock. Our goal is to communicate and partner with you and help you discover exciting new options so your timeline doesn’t skip a beat.

You will work with a Custom Ink representative to determine an appropriate alternative to your original product. They will encourage you to consider the following:

  • What features of your selected item are important to you (ie., UPF protection, ¾ sleeves, raglan style, etc.)?
  • Is the color of the item more important than the fabric, or vice versa?
  • Is the brand of the item more important than finding a similar style/fit?

You will be encouraged to select alternatives and if inventory stock continues to be an issue a Custom Ink representative will be in touch with you to offer additional options that may work for you and your group.
