Will I get a proof to review before my order is printed?

We understand you're eager to see how your design will look on your items before printing, and we're here to help. Here’s what you can expect from us:

  • Design Lab Reflection: In most cases, your order will look just like how you designed it in our online Design Lab. We strive to bring your vision to life with accuracy and precision.
  • Quality Adjustments: To ensure the best print quality, we may need to make some changes. These could include adjusting the design size, color contrast, or detail simplification. If any major changes are necessary, we'll contact you to keep you in the loop.
  • Proof Eligibility: We can't guarantee proofs for every order, but if you'd like to check if your order is eligible for a picture proof, please get in touch with us. Our Inkers are always ready to assist and answer any questions you might have.
  • Picture Proof Process: If your order qualifies for a proof, we’ll email you a detailed picture proof showing exactly how we plan to print your design. This is your opportunity to review and request any changes or adjustments directly via your proof email. Delays in approving the proof or requesting changes at this stage may extend the overall schedule of your order.
  • Rush Orders and Customer Support: For orders on a rush or super rush schedule, or if you prefer discussing your design directly with an Inker, we're available 7 days a week. You can reach us at 1-800-293-4232, Monday-Friday: 8am - Midnight ET, Saturday: 10am - 6pm ET, and Sunday: 10am - 6pm ET.
