How can I collect money from my group?

You have two options for collecting payment when using Group Order Form - online or in-person.

  1. To enable online payment, select “Collect sizes and payment” when creating your Group Order Form. Enabling online payment allows your group members to check out using a credit card after signing up and selecting their size.

  2. To opt for in-person payment, choose “Just Collect Sizes.” With this option your group members will be responsible for paying you in person, and will not have the ability to submit their payment online.

In the “Settings” tab of your Group Order Form dashboard, you have the option to make online payment required, optional, or to turn it off altogether. You can adjust this setting at any time.
