Ann's Thundering Herd of Turtles at The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Event

"This is our team on our 10th anniversary of us doing the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Exeter, NH. We started it when our captain (Ann) was diagnosed with breast cancer. Unfortunately she passed shortly after but we have continued to do the walk in her memory. Her husband, Rich, is the tall man on the right, and her son Adam is the man in the middle wearing a hat. We decided to go big for the 10th anniversary and get new shirts, which were beautifully designed by Ann's daughter Erin. My mother (with the white sweater) had also been diagnosed but through events like these she was lucky enough to have early diagnosis and beat it. We really are a team and stand tall together!
