"We had a 3rd shift supervisor we all loved; a giant gentleman as we called him. He suffered from a stroke 4 years ago - at the age of 37. We wanted to do something to memorialize him, so we chose a 5k. This is a reminder to us all that we need to keep in shape and in good health. The day after the 1st anniversary of his death we had the first 5k. This is the group of participants in the 3rd annual 5k.
