"Our students became citizen scientist this year for Frog Watch USA. After learning and studying the croaks of local frogs and toads, we took evening excursions to a local wetland to document the frog calls we observed. After collecting data, we submitted our information to the Frog Watch USA database. Frogs and toads are indicator species of environmental health, and we are doing our part to track and protect our local amphibians."
