The colors are bright, especially if customers choose contrasting colors. The fabric looks high quality.

Overall, GREAT experience! I was in a bind because I had waited to long to order show shirts for the middle school play we are producing, but I wanted the parents to be able to pay for their own child's shirt. Perfect set up for schools!! The only tiny downside is that when I "closed my order" I did not completely understand that I would not be able to put in any extra items after that point. Not Customink's fault, but having the option to "undo" that closure would make this truly an exceptional experience.

I really enjoy using the Custom Ink website to design our mission team shirts as well as our ministry shirts. I like having the control over how I can create individual designs for different mission trips. We try to have a specific shirt for each mission team to display the Bible verse each individual team chooses and to make each mission team feel connected. I also appreciate having such a large number of products to use with our designs. My items have always been of good quality and shipped on time or even before the date listed at purchase.

I have been using Custom Ink for 1 off prints and recommeding them to anyone for almost 15 years. The quality of everything back then was much higher than it is today. In the future, i will look elsewhere for custom materials and will urge others to do the same.

The shipping delay was stressful. The printing was poor. The sweatshirt was above average. Customer service with shipping issues was disappointing as they told me to contact UPS even though it's CustomInk's responsibility to get the order to me.
