My experience was awful. You all baited and switched me. I used Custom Ink because I was having issues with the file type I was using and my usual local printer being able to use it. Your site accepted it without issue, so I thought working with you would be a piece of cake. I've ordered many tshirts, so I knew what I wanted, and proactively reached out to the Custom Ink team in advance of placing my order and was reassured that what I wanted was not a problem. Upon ordering, it took an extra two weeks to process and the 4 color issue was not brought to my attention until the last minute, but was something I brought up when I spoke to your respresentative two weeks prior. Horrible experience - will never use your company again.

I liked custom ink and I was happy that it came early, but I did have to pay an extra $10 for it to come before Christmas and it came wayyy early so I’m wondering if I got scammed. Or maybe they’re just really on top of it!
