Overall the experience was fantastic. Although the logo I put on the front got cut off slightly on the right hand side - not sure how it happened, but for this paticular piece it didn't matter too much. Perhaps I was not as cautious in the design, and if it happens again then I will know. Otherwise, great product!

My overall experience with Custom Ink was truly horrible. I ordered $7500 worth of merchandise. Half the items ended up not being in stock. We changed colors on one of the item and then were told that item ended up being out of stock as well. I was then told there was enough of the two colors to combine them and make the amount I requested. I was then told it was impossible to combine the two colors. Just an incredible waste of time and an incredible lack of competence. Ive been using Custom Ink for nearly 10 years. It will be my last resort for any purchasing from here on. Wild incompetence.
