The customer service I received from Custom Ink was outstanding. I was able to speak to a live person outside of business hours about design and ordering questions. The available staff were very responsive and able to help with changes with my order very quickly and without hassle. I'm highly impressed with the customer service I received and would not hesitate to order from them again as well as recommend them to others.

People were friendly; product seriously lacking. Certainly didn't get our $6K worth,! The black lettering on the dark green shirts fades out and shows differently on sample!

impossible to reach customer service. very disappointed with the multiple mistakes made throughout the entire process and the amount of time it took to get the tshirts. will likely not order again because of this.
