I ws really impressed with the customer service! An Inker called me in the evening after I placed my order to make sure I understood that some fidelity would be lost in the image I uploaded based on the quality of the image I provided and the size I'd asked for. I was walked through multiple versions of the shirt design in order to get the best quality image and the Inker very patiently waited with me on the phone while I confirmed the changes with a colleague. The shirts were delivered *FAST*, faster than the promised date when I paid for expedited shipping. Overall, very impressive. Will use Custom Ink again!

Customer service needs action. If you miss an order or have something behind, be open and honest to the customer. It should not take me reaching out to find out something is wrong. A $50.00 credit does nothing to correct the issue.
