This might be the easiest, albeit somewhat frustrating, custom experience I've had yet. In terms of adding text or images, it's easy. Editing text that may/may not be in the background or foreground of other text or images was complicated enough where I deleted my first two attempts and adjusted with a simpler arrangement. That being said, it did work out and the end product is exactly what I ordered.

Originally my order went to the wrong address in an entirely different state. I filled out the survey and didn’t get an email back, but they did have my order shipped after about a day and a half. They got it to me at the time I’d payed for my original order. Only complaint is I would’ve appreciated an email so I knew what was going on and whether or not they’d even got my survey.

I had issues with uploading my images on their custom designing page even though the images met their specifications. The first time I reached out through the live chat, the issue didn't get resolved (and I started receiving emails on someone else's order). But when I sent an email with the issue, they were able to help by creating the design for me and sending it to me to approve.
