very poor. the embroidery was not the same size letters. the 'E' is NEW was much smaller than the N and W. I am really upset. I would like to be refunded for this order. I paid to have professional branding for my business but cant use since it's not the quality I was expecting. and the embroidery is starting to come apart - and I havent even washed the hats. again, I am really not happy and would like a refund.

We have had a great experience with Custom Ink! We originally called with questions and were pleased with the kind and efficient customer service. We requested a sample which arrived quickly and the entire order arrived faster than we expected. The printing looks great and the bag will be perfect for our preschoolers!

After one wash and even just sweating in them the print has already faded quite a bit. Not to happy with the printing on the type of shirt. I have used you before and the shirts were great and the print was great on the dri fit material, but on the cotton shirts I just recently got I'm not to satisfied.
