I was glad to discover Custom Ink, as I had been looking for a company with custom design capability, and they met that need. I placed my first order for a single shirt in order to receive a sample of their work, and am pleased with the result. It is designated as a gift for a family member. (I would welcome design options for creating curved lines of text.)

I had to orders, one was the fundraiser and the other was a group order. The group order was very faded and some of the shirts looked dirty and customers refused them. I was very embarrassed and had to apologize. The other reason I was not satisfied is because I was told that my fundraiser would have guaranteed delivery by July 9th. We did not receive our shirt until hours before the even on July 11th. I even called on the 9th and they said it could be delivered on the 10th and we still did not receive it. We were also missing a couple shirts that were ordered. This experience was an overall disaster. I have been with customink for over 10 years and this has never happened. Not sure what happened this time. Please contact me concerning this order. As I now I have 100's of dollars down the drain.

I'm pleased with the outcome of order. It arrived earlier than expected and it was well packaged. My only complaint was waiting for an approval message, which I apparently missed. Custom Ink - please make the in message in bold letters - "For your approval." Great customer service!
