I was extremely pleased with my purchase. The customer service department was great. My logo was a poor resolution and the art department improved it. Beautiful result and I received my mugs much sooner than anticipated.

We have ordered from Custom Ink many times and I unfortunately feel that the quality is getting worse and worse. The printing on these shirts was very "fuzzy" looking and there was damage to 16 shirts and they were so disorganized when shipping. 16 of the shirts we ordered had ripped, tattered or torn off shirt tags, the shirts were in the box in no particular order. Every time we have ordered they have been together by size, but all the sizes were mixed together, making it timely and challenging to organize and lastly the printing quality was very poor.
