I emailed Anne Hirschman on July 17, 2025, at 10:43 a.m., and she responded within five minutes. She was prompt and made the ordering process very easy. I received the order three business days later, which was seven days earlier than I expected. Anne called and emailed me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. everything great . quality, turnaround and customer service just one small issue : i expected the lettering to be red but it’s more of an orange which is ok but not ideal. it still works. next time i will be sure to chat with customer service about maybe a color chip as my upload appeared red to me. otherwise love your product

Great initial process of allowing graphic designs to be aligned digitally; however, the actual finished product was a huge shortfall in that 1 of 3 of my of t-shirts logo design was printed upside-down while the other 2 of 3 was inconsistently misaligned.
