I have had just the best experience ordering with Custom Ink. Your customer service is absolutely top notch. I had a little bit of a complicated order and everyone I spoke with was so helpful. It was great to both chat and speak on the phone with an actual human person who could help me instead of a bot. I can’t tell you how refreshing and needed it was.

My experience with custom ink is usually quite good. The customer service is always exceptional. This is the only time I've had an issue with the actual product that I have received.

The designed peeled off and or was smudged, as if the ink was not dry when packaged on several of the shirts. We are a small club and could not afford to have several shirts be misprinted or afford to reprint them as they were. I am upset about it and will most like search for a more affordable and effective options.
