"We participated in the March of Dimes "March for Babies" charity walk in honor of my son Jacob, who was born 5 weeks premature. He struggled for 3 weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit before he was finally healthy enough to come home. Our amazing friends and family showed their support by walking with us in frigid temps to raise money and awareness for premature babies everywhere!! The back of the shirts were the best part... they had a photo of Jacob at 1 day and a photo of him now!!
