"This is the party they threw for the construction crew for working 1 million man hours with zero lost time incidents. This is a big deal in the construction world especially when working in a country like Djibouti and where people don't have health & safety standards like we do in the US. The photos are not great but might be useful. Just ordered 30 more today for those at the party that didn't get one.
This is a $65M construction project is for a large 3-story bachelor quarters and expeditionary lodging facilities at Camp Lemonnier for the U.S. Navy."
