"The Mike Malone Memorial Shooting Competition raises funds in memory of our son, Michael Malone, who was a proud former Marine and Baldwin County Sheriff's Office Deputy & Criminal Investigator. The funds provide scholarships to graduates from the South Baldwin County, Alabama area who will be studying the field of Criminal Justice or who is the child of law enforcement officials or military personnel. The shooting competition is held each spring and the participants are members of law enforcement and military."
